The media could not be loaded. I haven’t had a bike for a long time. But with the Covid 19 isolation I was looking for ways to spend my free time in a better way and decided to go with a Bike. I am so glad that I went with electric one instead of a manual bike. I live in suburb area with lots of trails and beautiful paths for miles which I haven’t explored nearly as I wanted. But with the electric bike I have almost explored almost all bike trails near my apartment complex. The bike was delivered pretty quick and the packaging was compact and left next to my front door. However it was very heavy and I had to call one of my friends to get it inside and start assembling. The unit came with a small tool bag with all necessary tools and instruction booklets which I think can be improved. However assembling the bike was easier than I expected. All important components such as the electric motor, gear system, brake system and wiring had been already assembled to the frame along with the rear wheel. I just had to assemble the front wheel, the handle and the seat. Some of the features I really enjoy. The pedal assists in three different levels. The highest level really helps the hills and I don’t ever have to get down from the bike and push the bike. Full electric Mode – Easy switch to full electric mode enables cruise around with little to no manual pedaling. It is great to take a rest without interrupting the journey. I use this to get back home when I cover a lot of ground than I expected. Max speed up to 20mph, 25 miles in full electric mode and around 30 miles with assisted mode in one charge. Also the battery charges pretty quickly as well. Price is very competitive in any of store/online platforms However the bike is pretty heavy, so storing it in tight spaces can be a bit tricky. I use a delta bike hook to store the bike but I always remove the battery before I place it horizontally. The shock absorbers, brakes and speed shifters work perfectly right out of the box to my knowledge. I had to buy a bike pump because air pressure of the both tires was not enough out of the box. Also I went with a padded cover for the seat to make it extra comfortable. Overall I am really happy with this new experience and I have been using my electric bike for almost a month every day with no issues at all. ... show more

I am in my 50’s and I have rediscovered the joy of riding! This bike has 21 speeds and is easy to pedal without battery assist. Pedal assist is amazing, very helpful on hills, or when I want to increase distance. Easy to assemble. Great value.

    • Doesn't Come With an Operations Manual
The bike is mechanically solid and well made. Assembly was fairly straightforward, but you have to look carefully at the pictures because the assembly instructions were obviously written by someone whose second language is English. We enjoy our bikes very much; the biggest issue I have is that there was no operating manual included with our bikes (we bought two). Nothing to show bicycle novices like me how to operate the gear speeds or even how to turn on the front light (I've had the bikes for a couple weeks now and I still can't figure that one out!). In addition, there's a switch on the handle bars that has no wires going to it or any signs that it does anything at all (it's certainly not for the front light!). I don't know the model number since we threw out the boxes so I couldn't explain to anyone what parts I might need to replace if they broke. And most importantly, I have no information to contact the manufacturer if I ever wanted to other than knowing it is VIVI. ... show more

I wrote a 5 star review for this bike because it was very good quality. The first thing i liked about this bike is that it is very fast and can go on all terrains. I have a few trails by my house and it is very easy to ride on them because of the electric motor. I don't think i'm gonna use a manual bike agin because of how amazing this electric bike is. Besides on all the great functions the bike is not even that pricey. Most electric bikes with 350w motors cost up to 800 but this bike only costed me 700 with all the shipping and tax. But everything is not perfect, once the package was delivered you need to people to get it inside unless your the hulk. Also when you are assembling the bike, in the video that is given when buying on amazon on how to fix the bike, some of the parts or instructions are different because it looks like this bike is a new model or something like that, thats why some of the instructions do not match the bike. Also when you are riding the bike on manual mode be careful when you are turning because the bike is really heavy and it feels like i'm gonna fall of to the side. Other than that this company did a amazing job and i would buy this again for anyone of my friends or family. ... show more

    • Great riding bike... Poor manual
I've only had it a couple of days, but so far so good. Once assembled, I'm really happy with it. I SO WISH they would hire professional translators to write the manual. So many typo's and so many phrases that were obviously processed through a piece of software or they used a very cheap service. It really makes the assembly more challenging when you're trying to figure out what they are actually trying to say. Better yet, make a video! There's one "instructional" video on youtube but we would really benefit from a step by step video narrated by someone who is a native speaker. In the end, like others have said, it'll take 45-60 minutes from box to ride. Once you get it put together you'll have a great time with it. ... show more
