A member of our family, who is weakened physically, needed a wheelchair. We've had one of those using Medicare... and it was super heavy and way too cumbersome to lift into our SUV. This one is still a bit heavy for me to lift it into the SUV without assistance, but its use around the house as well as for brief "walks" outdoors is GREAT. The brakes work very well. It's very easy for our family member to use, and the foot supports are wonderful. I'd suggest that anyone whose weight/size is within this device's parameters and needs an easily maneuverable wheelchair consider purchasing this one. It's ready to use "out-of-the-box" --- no assembly required! It's a keeper and I'm glad this purchase was made.

I specifically bought this wheelchair, for my daughter, she’s disabled and needed a light weight wheelchair for transporting my daughter in my vehicle, fits very comfortably in the trunk. My daughter used it three times and sadly we noticed the left arm rest cushion upholstery came loose. Can the seller please please have a replacement for another armchair, I would really appreciate it, thank you so much. I would like to keep the wheelchair, my daughter loves it very much . I personally want to say Thank you to Kim for helping me resolve the matter and for the prompt response !👍

Delayed 5 days in getting here. After UPS stated it was "out for delivery" they took 2 extra days to deliver it. I weighed this wheelchair with my very accurate scale (one that matches hospital scales) and found the box came in at 38.6Lbs. I was surprised however, that the wheelchair itself came in at 29.8Lbs. The box is heavy and huge. To my surprise, this wheelchair did fit in the trunk of our 4 door sedan vehicle. I would say that the quality overall is fair. It's obvious that making it light weight took president. The plastic on many parts are not very solid, with exception of the foot rests (which have very sharp lower parts I had to file down because it actually cut the patients ankle getting out of it.) Had to adjust the hand brakes as they were too hard for the patient to lock in due to the brace digging way too deep into the solid rubber tire. Although used by other sellers, I can't say I like the system used to lock in the handle bars. I had to adjust the right side as the lock-pin did not go in far enough and the handle had a tendency of falling back out when a person leaned back into the chair. Even though the pin is now securely and all the way through the hole, the right handle bar is still very loose. The left side is a bit firmer, but like I mentioned, I don't like the design of this very important joint articulation hinge. All in all it is worth the price point.

This is a very nice, well-made wheelchair. It is lightweight for getting in and out of the car. We had some trouble with the footrests because both were damaged in shipment. They have been replaced. Nice product.

Received wheel chair for my dad today, was disappointed seeing broken plastic pieces in box, realized it was the belt buckle clip. Upon further examination found that all the plastic components are very flimsy and bad design do not expect this wheelchair to last very long.

I feel I've found the best chair on Amazon for my needs: lightweight, fits in my doorways, and easier to fold and wrangle into my car. I especially appreciate the all terrain tires. Folding handles is an attractive feature, and there's where I had service troubles. One handle was misaligned and would not lock into place. I emailed the supplier throughout a week and never got any response addressing my problem, only 3 automated replies and finally an offer to replace. Fortunately I found a buddy to fix it and it has been transformational for my living and independence. So five star chair, 2 star service.

Attracted by the light weight so this could travel on airlines with us. It is lightweight and functional but the overall materials used are not top quality. The plastic seat belt buckle was broken in the box when it arrived. Second day it was used, the cap nut holding the swing up handles fell off and was lost. I was able to do a bit of a fix after visiting a hardware store. A little loctite on these threads might be a good idea if you plan to travel with the chair. One airplane trip as a gate check and one wheel is slightly deformed from baggage handling. For the price, it is reasonable as long as you are aware of what you are getting.

this chair has it all, but the brakes are backward, instead of pushing them down to lock them you pull them back to lock them and the legs are fixed into the frame and are not removeable!
