It was advertised as having a touchscreen- a requirement for us- but it does not have a touchscreen. Contacted Amazon and was offered a return for full refund, but it seems like a lot of work to send back. This was sold to me as “16 GB RAM” and “1TB SSD”. THAT IS NOT THE CASE! I was sold a 128GB SSD AND a 4GB RAM.
