This sofa is exactly shown in the photos and exactly as described. When it was delivered, it was air compressed into a decent size box and probably weighted 40-50lbs. So I was able to carry it to my 3rd floor apartment by myself without help. That was a plus. After you open the package, the foam shapes itself in about 2-3 mins and I was able to put the covers on and set it up. The set up was no longer than 5-10 mins. You can tell the foam is a high quality foam as it's hard enough to withstand weight but also comfortable enough and not stiff. The cover is a velvet material that makes it even more comfortable. Overall, the quality is superb and what I like most is the versatility. I purchased 2 to stack them and make it into a normal height couch and it worked perfectly. Reason why I purchased two sets was because I needed something portable without using a uhaul and can fit in an SUV when I leave since I moved into a temporary apartment. I also don't want to just waste 600 bucks and buy a temporary couch to just throw away when I move out. With these two sets, I can later bring back home and let my toddlers use it in their room. I wanted it to be super comfy and modular to make into a bed whenever I want. Overall, totally recommend. It's expensive but it was exactly what I was looking for. It’s the perfect size. The foam is firm and comfortable. I was worrying about the quality when I first unpacked it but turned out to be just as great as it was advertised to be. Very easy to set up. I wish it was there was an opinion for another height, but you can just stack the pillows. I love that is serves as a guest bed and it’s wayyyy more comfortable than a futon or an air mattress. I would leave 0 stars if given the option. Sofa never expanded to its fully expected size. The pieces grew to inconsistent sizes, leaving the product completely unusable. I attempted steaming and massaging the sofa into form, but it remained faulty after many attempts and further instruction from the seller. The seller only offered 30% refund for the defective item. The media could not be loaded. We bought this for my kids playroom. We wanted something that would match the nugget couches we already had but was more structured as a couch. This fit the bill perfectly. It is a firmer couch with a velvety cover. The kids use it as a crash pad and comfy movie spot. We've had it a couple weeks and it has held up great. The kids are wild on it every day. We lay on it with them and it is cozy enough. I would say this couch is perfect for kids and okay for adults. I left 4stars because I ran into a few hiccups. my first one came in smaller than the cover and it took 4days to fully expand before I could really take a proper measurement to prove my case. After talking to customer service and sending them the appropriate photos they had a new one at my door 4days later! Once unsealed, it took maybe less than 30seconds to fully expand. I wasn’t expecting that haha. This item is super soft, I love the felt/velvet cover. It’s also super sturdy/firm. Walking on it you will sink in quite a bit but sitting/laying on it, almost reminds me of a new Tempur-pedic. Except you get to rearrange this to your liking. —assembly~ some things I’d like to add, if you’d can get it into the felt before it expands, it’ll make life a bit easier. But with that said even when I couldn’t because of how fast it did expand, assembly took 3-5min. —color~ it does match the pictures, and you can see in other reviews as well. — cleaning~ the cushions to come with its own layer of protection, I’m not sure if it’s water resistant tho, so be careful not to spill. But the felt cover does come in and off easily so they should be easy to clean. —value for money ~ id say it does cost a bit, but I also think for how long I will be able to use this, I’m not really worried about it. I also think if you purchase 2 of them and kind of stack them how you like it. It would make it a perfect couch size for adults to hang out and play games on. And if your buddy’s gotta stay the night I’m sure they’ll love sleeping on this. Overall, I would give it 5stars but I feel like 90% of 5star ratings belong to bots and paid customers.
