We bought 2 of these in 2022, and i swear the battery has not lost any function. They have never really been drained past halfway so that might have something to do with it. We still have the original tires mounted so that should let you know we aren't heavy users. All in all it drives just like a bicycle that you can pedal or not. A person under 200lbs will have no problem hitting 38-40mph with wind or gravity assist. My fat ass maxs around 32 mph which is fine by me. We took them with us on vacation and the folding feature made that possible. Was nice riding them around FL. Nothing has broken to date. Bike arrived 3 days early which was nice. The bike was very well packed and secure. All that was needed was to put on the handle bars for the most part. On a full charge I'm getting about 24 miles with 3 bars remaining on the battery level. I'm 6ft tall and 225lbs. I've gotten the bike up to 27MPH which is pretty damn fast for a guy my size. The torque is powerful and climbs hill easily. I prefer to coast in power assist level 2/3 around 12/14 MPH. I replaced the seat for something a bit more comfortable as the stock seat doesn't cut it after 15 miles or so. The stock light isn't very bright so if you're riding dark trails you may want to upgrade to a brighter one. The computer was set up already and I didn't need to adjust any settings. So far I'd give this bike a 5/5 rating. I'll update again around 200 miles and/or if any issues come up. ... show more

I have researched all ebikes and this brand is by far the best, I own 2 of them. For this brand they own 3 types but this one is the best all because it goes the fastest of the 3 and the price is not bad at all. I use this daily on the road to travel to work, I just make sure I am on roads no faster than 45mph. Because I am light, my speed averages btw 37-42mph, for going 6miles to work it drops 1 bar of the 5 for battery life which is amazing as well. Only if its super windy it hits the battery more which is expected but otherwise it holds up well lasting long. I hooked up side mirrors with a 9000 lumen headlights, and extra tail lights so I conserve the battery more. So its like a mini moped or motorcycle in a way, plus it saves me on gas a mileage on my leased new car since racking up miles is easy to do. Either way if you plan on using an ebike for travel not just leisure, you want to choose this one. Reasons are: its the fastest, it folds up unlike a lot that don't, it has blinkers to use on the road, the price, amazing disc brakes/battery, and travel long distance. So you don't need to buy fancy name brands out there especially to those stores that up charge more and you get less, definitely this is a must to have! I wouldn't have bought 2 if I didn't think they were great, worth every penny! ... show more

Received my V3 on May 10th. Since receiving I have ridden approximately 50 miles. I must say, I love this bike. There is virtually no assembly required and the instruction manual is excellent, can almost ride right out of the box. I particularly like the no spoke wheels. No need to tighten the spokes or realign the wheel. Also, I prefer mechanical over hydraulic brakes. The maintenance is much easier and they work just as well. All in all, this bike was well thought out from a customer point of view. It is comfortable and fun to ride. Because it is foldable, I can get rid of my bike rack. Good job Vitilan, I think you hit it out of the park. Lasty, Vitilan's customer service is excellent. Same day response on any questions. If you are thinking about buying this ebike, just do. Edited: bike right hand accelerator isn't working anymore. My third e-bike after Swagtron and Ancheer. This is a great bike for only short distances, but I like trekking with camping gear and provisions to rural campgrounds up to 75 miles away for once a month getaways from the busy city life. For a week since I received the bike I did little local run arounds less than three miles and it was pretty amazing. But I bought this because of the sturdy carrier on the back wheel. I had been used to the Ancheer with the USB charging, and the sturdy wheel guards. These are some things I immediately noticed while unpacking(which was quite easy and straight forward). There is no slow charger USB charging port on this bike like the Ancheer, and the mud guards are super flimsy. Their delivery partner is FedEx. Be prepared to be disappointed, they messed up my delivery, and came in on Thursday instead of Monday. For $150, additional to being a prime member and buying an $900+ bike, this was dissatisfaction at its finest. Peter from Vitilan CS was not assisting to resolve the issue or compensate for their delivery partner's incompetence. The paint on the battery compartment was chipped off on arrival. I did take photos of it while unboxing. The display is bright and useful, although the speed indicator is over-reading, meaning you think you are doing great speed, while you're not. The gears seem to work well, but like to jump twice between shifts. The brakes are powerful but also do make noise on a regular basis as the wheel turns, I think a brake disc is off-center or bent. It squeaks-squeak-squeak as the wheel turns. The handles are good quality and soft. Unlike the horrible seat. My ass is still hurting 3 days later after a 5-hour/73-mile trip. Few things worse than starting a weekend camping trip feeling like you pedaled while sitting on a brick. The battery was completely dead 4 hours in after using only PAS3. For $1100 with taxes it is plenty of money and I did expect a bit more miles out of the battery, it doesn't even have a USB port that drains the battery. I would agree this is a perfect bike that you could store in your dorm room and transport in the trunk of your car and do little sub 5-mile run arounds, but that is where it ends. You might end up rather going for the Lectric 2.0 brand which is $200 cheaper. I expected more from this bike and am disappointed. I hope this is helpful! ... show more
