It makes my hair very soft without being weighed down. Doesn’t make my hair oily at all. It smells like roses. The smell is a bit strong for me, but I’m able to tolerate it. I’m just sensitive to smells due to MCAS, so I don’t think I’d buy again only because of the strong smell. But this is a quality product.

Works pretty well for my husband’s low porosity curls. Makes his curls much softer. He likes the scent from it. I don’t care for it. It has kind of a perfumey scent. Also is a small bottle for how expensive it is.

I have thick, long hair. I usually would have to use half a bottle of conditioner to get my fingers to comb through. This is the only conditioner I could use appropriate amounts and leaves my hair, shiny, soft and full.

I absolutely love this shampoo, and conditioner. I’ve been using it for a while, and my hair has never looked better. My hair is baby fine, was frizzy looking but isn’t now. I’ve gotten all the shine back into my hair. It just glistens now. It might look a little pricey but it goes a long way. Lathers up really good. Try it out you will love it. So worth it!!

Love this shampoo and conditioner. It’s is my favorite now. I used to only use purology but now only use quai products. I love the smell and the way it makes my hair feel. No more frizz when using the oil as well.

I have alternated the Detox shampoo with my regular shampoo and conditioner for a while now and love it so I decided to try a couple of the styling products, which I also love. They smell amazing. My regular conditioner from a different brand was on back order so I decided to give Ouai Fine a try. Some of the reviews on another site said it smelled awful and I thought it must be personal preference and ordered it anyway. I hate it so much. It smells like grandma lotion, and not in a charming old fashioned, elegant way. More like someone gave it to grandma and she felt guilty about throwing it away so it sat in the powder room for 15 years until the fragrance started to smell off. The fragrance is almost exactly like this really expensive shampoo that is for silky, long hair show dogs, and is supposed to smell “sophisticated.” I can’t emphasize enough how much I dislike the smell. I want to be clear that it has a completely different fragrance than the Ouai Detox shampoo, which I adore. My hair feels light and clean but still conditioned. The fragrance on my hair faded a little after I applied styling products but my bathroom smells like someone else. When I blowed dried it the fragrance overpowered my other products again. I’m really struggling with this one because it made my hair feel and look better than my previous combination, and it took a long time to find that. But I can’t stand the fragrance. I might try the leave in conditioner and hair mask by Ouai instead since they don’t have this fragrance.
