We bought this to go in our bedroom and it works perfectly! It appeared easy to put together (as I watched my husband do it) so I can’t really say HOW easy it was but he had no complaints. You can choose the speed and color of the flames as well as the color of the stones. There are several color combos to choose from. The remote control works as expected, it heats our room nicely and really just looks perfect in our room. We have only had it about two weeks, but so far it is still working and we are pleased with the purchase.

I bought this 60inch fireplace for my garage (converted to Man Cave). Setup/Install was straight forward and no issues. Flame and rock colors look very nice, but had a problem with the heater only running for 30 seconds and then shutting off. I messaged the seller, and within 24 hours had support engaged to troubleshoot. Problem was determined to be with the motherboard, and support sent me a replacement in less than 3 days with full instructions on how to install. Once the motherboard was replaced, everything with this fireplace works great and looks fantastic. Good colors, good heat, and really looks nice overall. I am heating a 500 square foot garage (insulated), and so far the heat is keeping up with 50 degree weather outside. Customer Service with the seller/manufacturer was excellent, and I am very happy with this purchase.

This fireplace has been nothing but trouble from the beginning. Installation was easy enough and it has a nice appearance but nothing else works well. First, the heat output is pretty low. Our living room isn’t big but it fairly unaffected by this heater. It definitely isn’t something that you can turn on and cozy. Second, the motor that makes the flames dance was loud. Very loud. I contacted the seller and was pleased by there customer support. They sent out a new motor and gave a small ($20) refund. Replacement was easy enough but found that the craftsmanship of this unit is pretty low. Many of the screws were stripped out on the back panel. If you are not mechanically inclined, the replacement will not be easy for you. New motor was fine but now after a month has started making the same grinding noise. The third issue is that the flames are very dull. You can’t see them at all during the day and very little at night with a lamp on. Even with the lights off the flames are drowned out but the front light for the plastic crystals. Overall, it has some potential to be a cost effective fireplace option but it just isn’t built well enough. Would not recommend and am currently pursuing a return or refund.
