i mean in all reality the blender its self is a good product but the showmen ship of the offbrand ryan renolds was dissaponting and made me sad. do better next time

It took me a long time to decide to spend this money for this blender. I was so disappointed to receive a unit that is scratched, dirty and obviously used before. Hate to try again for fear of same result.

I really wanted this copper color to go with my kitchen and was so excited to be finally getting a Vitamix. I will say the seller was quick to respond and made good on my refund but this was my first bad experience ordering from Amazon.
