These definitely have a “sugar free” taste, and I didn’t like them at first, but they’ve grown on me. I do feel like they help my mood and energy, but I wish they had higher vitamin C and D content. Nice texture, not too gummy or hard to chew. Kinda pricey, but convenient and easy. Sometimes they do stick together or stuck to the bottom, which is kinda annoying, but I guess that’s most gummy vitamins.

Please keep in mind this is my personal review; for some people may have similar experiences as me. While this product clumps together pretty badly and tastes awful to me, that's not the reason why I don't recommend. I was in the middle of my 3rd IUI treatment (suffer from PCOS) when I switched to this brand since my doctor wanted me to take a prenatal instead of multivitamin. I had no issues until this switch. I was nauseous, had stomach upset, and several other adversary effects. Because I thought maybe I just needed adjustment or it was just a one time thing, I took it for more than a week. Symptoms happened only when I took these gummies. So I stopped for another week, then stopped all my other supplements/medications and only took these gummies. Symptoms came back again. I can only go by these observations. I reached out to customer service, and after a few days they responded on Easter Sunday morning asking for a reply back by the end of the day. I'm not sure if this company's customer service agents are aware, but giving customers the courtesy of observing a religious holiday that is important to some of us would be much appreciated. An email sent on 11:57am on Easter Sunday doesn't give that courtesy to a customer who goes to church at that time to observe a religious holiday. A follow up email the next day at 9:01pm is a lot less time than the amount of time a rep responded to me. It's coincidence because I was in the hospital for several surgeries early this morning. I'm sitting here responding to an email and writing this review because I couldn't sleep from this "urgency" of replying back to Mary Ruth's customer service rep (yes, I'm aware that is my fault for getting slightly upset over the circumstances after feeling like I'm being interrogated for having side effects from taking this product). I truly hope you'll take this as a constructive feedback for your team - if we are asked to respect your team and give them time to respond, please extend the same courtesy back.
