My MD Doctor recommends I take Vitamin D3 daily and my personal research has found that Vitamin K2 should be taken along with the D3 to get maximum value. The previous brand I was taking required me to take 2 or 3 capsules daily to get what this brand is supplying me with in one capsule, which is great. I hate taking pills of any sort but if I can reduce the number with a quality product, I will do so and in this instance is helping me do just that. I have found the capsules easy to swallow and along with the many other natural supplements I take, my blood pressure finally seems to be coming down close to being normal. Additionally, I like the large quantity bottle that allows me to not have to order very often and also gives me a much better price per capsule.

Vitamin K2 increases absobency of calcium when both taken at the same time. This product is the best of its type on the market.

Supposedly a lot of advanced military men take supplements similar to this, but likely more potent. It's more reading and personal accounts than anything. As you keep working out after you stop growing, your bones have the ability to grow wider instead of longer. When you lift high resistance weights, the muscle slightly pulls always from the bon in response, but the muscle grows and the bone as well as long as proper nutrition is provided to the body. Downside is that this takes YEARS of devotion in order to get the superman jaw and what not. No problems for me. All blood tests I've taken recently are within normal range, mostly on the good side of the necessary intervals. Only true measure I think to this is a before and after bone density test, which your doc won't approve of at all or your insurance. The other is people just commenting on you I guess. Maternal grandmother and grandaunt have crooked toes. IIRC, I think its rheumatoid arthritis. As of now these is no evidence suggesting this delays or stops it, but I'm giving it a shot since it is genetic and no down-side. Also people, make sure you take it easy on the calcium supplements as hypercalcemia is an actual condition and can make matters worse.
