I first took these at around age 24, I was working at Loves travel stop doing janitorial and working in the tire shop on the overnight shift. They had these marked down so I tried some, I was able to sleep less, stay focused longer, my gut felt better, and I had long lasting energy. I bought all they had in stock. I’m 30 now and just started a trucking company, I’ve been trying to get back in the gym and get my health back in order and I had forgotten what brand these vitamins were. With out a doubt the best mix of vitamins I have ever tried. Energy is up and I'm feeling better. No joke this stuff is great. I would be more comfortable with a 35-40 price range though. That's my only downside is the price.

My fiance and I are in our mid 30's and we thought we should start taking a multivitamin since we are old lol. I mean it wouldn't hurt us and we are trying to a bit more healthy. I like that these are for all genders and I like that they come in separate packaging. We can just grab and go without have to sort and open a bunch of bottles to get all we need. I appreciate that alot. The pills come in all sizes as you can see from my pictures some are larger others are smaller. If you have issues taking pills I'd suggest passing on these because there is so many to take daily. However if you are fine with taking pills I'd definitely recommend Too. I find these okay to take and they don't gag me with the smell so that counts for something. So far I really like them but I haven't been using for long. As of now I give 5 stars. ... show more

I like everything about this set, except this one joint and cartilage pill which makes me gag because of its size. I tried breaking in half and the rough edges make it worse. Crushing is too disgusting as powder.
