Bought for my 9 year old that wants to do more tricks. We came from a Razor that's 5 years old but it had better days. This one is sturdy and strong but a bit heavier. Only negative is that it doesn't compact down to portable size.

Great scooter for the price. Deck sticker starting to peel after a couple months, but overall a good purchase. Not as quiet of a ride as our other scooter ( different brand), but it has not had any mechanical problems. Easy to assemble out of the box. Great for my 9 year old.

4/2020 We bought this for Christmas. My 9 year old rides it regularly, but no crazy tricks or anything. It seemed like a great scooter till yesterday. It snapped in half when he fell yesterday, it wasn't even a hard enough fall to hurt my son. My son is maybe 60lbs. UPDATE I updated from 1 to 3 stars, the company was great at responding very quickly, and sent a replacement right away. If the scooter is still working and has not broken in 1 year I will update it again. ... show more
