The bike was easy to put together and rides like a dream, especially at this price point. Bought this for my wife and she is very happy with it and loves the color and how comfortable it is to ride. The original shipment came with a bent front wheel, but after talking to their customer support, they promptly sent me a new wheel at no charge to me. They were very helpful and super kind. I bought the bike for myself but after my husband spent an hour butting it together, we realized it’s too small. I’m 5’5” and when I rode it, it looked like it was a children's bike.

The bike looks great! My daughter likes it so much. The wheel fender and basket is very useful. Such bikes for daily use can be easily seen in Asia and Europe. But it's hard to find them in the US. For high school kids, it's very practical.
