This is an excellent product I suggested for all. However, a small mistake was made some nuts and bolts were not sent in the box by accident. Viribus electric trike appears to be well designed, a good value for the price. Assembly was long and complicated, even for someone with basic skills. User manual and the manufacturer’s assembly video are both only fair, but both could use more details. For example, “Connecting the Motor Cable” says to “Connect the motor cable to its signal cable from the handlebars.” It fails to mention that the connectors are round and not keyed to make the correct connection, or to mention that the connectors have arrows molded into the black plastic that must be lined up to make the right connection, and that failure to do so will not allow the motor to operate. ... show more

Its a great Trike. I'm sure all trikes take some getting used to in comparison with the bicycles. But it's comfortable, stable and the power is great!

The box was undamaged so I can't say that was the problem. To start off, the battery charger and cable were missing. Finally rectified that. I installed the short chain and pulled back the axle as it states to do and the axle fell out out the slots. Had to remove 3 links. Went to air the tires up and 2 out of 3 tires I had to remove the tire to reinstall valve stems. Finally ready to try it out, nothing. Battery fully charged and nothing. Guage lites up but nothing out of the motor. Customer Service hard to get ahold of. Do not buy. No returns. ... show more

Very nice electric tricycle. Plenty of power. You can just use it without peddling and set it to #5 power and it goes up to 16 miles per hour. You can use it for peddling assistance too from 1 to 4 power. My wife loves this bike.
