I don't write a lot of reviews, but I have to for this pink lady! First of all, Veribus customer service is good. We had a minor issue when my husband was putting her together (very minor; assembly was actually quite easy for him). Battery life is long! We ride five to seven miles around five days a week, and I only charge up once during that time. This bike is super stable and doesn't tip easily. I do take care around corners, but I must say, she is well put together! I have rheumatoid arthritis, and the pedal assist feature is simply amazing! At level 2, it allows me to still get a good workout but doesn't push me beyond my limits. Everything about this bike is great! I had another three wheeler last summer, and it tipped easily and was made rather cheaply. There is one thing I want to point out: if your hand brake is not fully back into resting position after you use them, pedal assist will not work. I found. This out the hard way. 😁 Enjoy your new girl! She will not let you down! Mine is a hit with all the other women in the small town where we live. I added rose garland to the basket in the back as well as a basket in the front for my fur baby and a "Baddie" license plate on the back. Something else that I added were vintage side mirrors for further safety. She is looking spiffy! ... show more

Overall the performance is as advertised,, with the exception that it will not climb a hill. I purchased a pair, the 26inch and the 24 inch. The 24 inch is much more stable of the two. You will need to be able to follow the instructions and have a fair amount of mechanical ability for assembly. I live in a hilly subdivision with convex streets that makes them not such a good fit. Bottom line I got what I bought. I would suggest purchasing with FAT TIRES for stability. ... show more
