Very comfortable and elegant chairs, but PLEASE make sure to remove the black cap off the top of the base rod before inserting it into the bottom of the seat. Instructions included are mainly just step by step pictures so my husband didn’t notice and we had to disassemble them and then reassemble. But the distributors were very responsive when I tried contacting them which is alway a plus just in case you can’t solve the problem yourself, so thank you! ... show more

The step about removing the black top from the hydraulic is very important. That should be included in the instructions. Instructions just show pictures. The chairs look good, but they are not made for medium to large people. It says high back, my opinion, these are not high back and the curve part on the back are uncomfortable for anyone not in the small size.
