HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I absolutely love the chairs, unfortunately for us it wasn't tall enough for our counter and it doesn't come taller than 26" unfortunately. Other than that, the quality of the material is great, wood legs are strong and great stability and definitely not cheap and the color is on point. Once I put one of the chairs together, very sturdy. Easy to put together as well.

These stools are super comfy and sturdy, and the counter height is perfect for our kitchen island. Nice padding and the velvety surface has a lovely feel. The rings on the back are handy as well. These chairs have a higher back on them than most, which we like since we tend to lean back and rest in our chairs. I bought these two years ago, and they've held up beautifully even with some members of our family being a little on the larger side. We also have cats that love to jump up on them and lounge - their claws have not made any permanent marks in the surface of any of the chairs. The grey color and the color of the wooden legs was exactly as pictured. When I purchased, one of the stools had an incorrect piece for the connector on the legs. I messaged the seller and they promptly sent me the correct piece - fantastic customer service experience. All in all, highly recommend!

Some of the holes are too shallow for the bolts and cause the sunk in threaded nuts to back out. To fix this, I drilled the hole deaper and then glued the stripped nut back in. Hopefully this glue holds long term. This was required on about one out of three holes when I put together four chairs. Also, there were missing screws, so I had to use drywall screws in other areas. All in all, they are beautiful chairs, but quality control needs to improve a lot.

I love the bar stools, however, only two were delivered undamaged. The delivery service damaged two. We ended up with only two, because they wouldn’t deliver only two more. They said we had to receive four more and I didn’t want to put up with the hassle. So we have two beautiful stools, not the four we ordered.

They are nice looking. Good size, a little large but I like them like that. Easy to build. I order a set of 4 but one chair the tool package was open and incomplete. Now I have to go to a hardware store to get the missing screws. Customer service won’t do nothing about it. I will have to return all 4 chairs. That’s an inconvenience. At least a discount could have been considered.
