The media could not be loaded. UPDATE… I reached out to the seller and their customer service was very professional and they were able to help make this situation better. They apologized for my experience and for that I would recommend these chairs. They are beautiful chairs and I hope to find someone that can fix the damaged pieces so I can use these chairs as intended. The chairs are beautiful, but one of my chairs is missing one of the metal buttons. The installation is very frustrating. The metal foot piece does not fit in the groves and scratches the wood when trying to make it fit. Needless to say I am not able to put the chairs together without making the groove wider for the foot piece to fit… Now I have scratches on my chair legs that the metal caused trying to get them to fit into the space that is too small for it to fit to begin with. Also, as I was opening the package and unwrapping the chair legs this pink razor cutting device fell out and cut me. I assume that was not intended to be shipped with my package and someone dropped the ball there.

Love the style and perfect for what we wanted; however received one stool damaged with missing stud, one chipped paint on bottom of stool, 2 of 4 chairs are different colors and studs on all chairs do not line up. Not one single counter stool is the same color from front to back. I’ve reached out to the seller and will update my review after resolution. ***Update***: tried multiple times working with seller and seller refused to provide replacements. Instead, seller wants us to buy a whole new set and they would refund originals if approved by them. We really wanted these chairs but did not think it was right to make us pay for another order and with the hopes we get non-defective all matching chairs and our money back for the original order. Seller randomly provided us with a small refund and told us to buy new ones. Seller constantly responded with emojis and completely inappropriate at times. Thankfully for Amazon reps that stepped in and read all the correspondence. Amazon requested he send four new chairs and seller refused. Ultimately we received our monies back and will be placing a new order on Amazon that is not through a third party.

The chairs are beautiful but I’m extremely disappointed it arrived with a hole in it. I got them today and put them together. Be very careful with those instructions and use your reasonable judgment as I feel the directions are not as clear as they need to be. I reached out to the seller to see what I can do to get my one chair replaced because I’d hate to break these babies down and send them back! 🥹 Update: I have had the chairs for about 2 1/2 months now. The screws at the bottom that hold the legs together keep dropping out. I have screwed them in again but after a few seatings, I find the screw on the floor again. I still have not heard anything back from the seller. Very disappointed in the product and lack of response or should I say no response from the seller when I reached out. Get this, I purchased a protection plan for these and it has not helped me in getting this rectified.
