Light was easy to assemble and works great in kitchen. Very bright and no issue overall. However it would be nice to have different lengths of extension rods and found two 10" rods was too low and one 10" rod was too high. Ended up purchasing a set of four 4" rods from another seller on Amazon and worked fine. This seller/vendor should include at least one short length rod. Also thought the two bolt mount to the ceiling base could be more beefy/hefty for the weight of this light. Overall very happy with light and additional short rod. ... show more

This is really nice looking and adds the right amount of contemporary mid-mod style. My father in law, who is a master electrician, put this together and installed this for me in less than an hour (frankly, it seemed like under 20 minutes. But he knows what he’s doing. 😁). The only issue that he mentioned was that he thought it should have come with another medium length down rod. This doesn’t hang from a chain so it’s not adjustable. Solid and even more lovely than the photos. The glass globes needed a good polishing when they arrived, but cleaned up beautifully. I have large hands, so it was a bit of a challenge to reach up inside the globes to install the bulbs, and my hands made the glass look smudgy, so after the first two, I wore gloves to screw in the bulbs and that worked perfectly. ... show more

I love that this light hangs off of a pole, instead of a chain. The color gold is beautiful and has clear glass light covers that brightens the room even more. My old light (which was on a chain) never hung straight and it had frosted glass covers that never put out much lighting. What a difference this new lighting makes. The price is unbelievable! Looks great when completed. Assembly instructions are very limited in helpfulness. If you’re not using adaptor at the top (needed for an angled ceiling), you don’t need to use this piece and can instead find the treaded hollow pipe nipples in the baggy of extras to attach the main pole to the top cover. ... show more
