The couch is comfy and still looks great over a month after purchasing it. As far as downsides go, the instruction manual is a little too basic and could have been written with better visuals. Nonetheless, it's easy to move the cushions around and make a bed out of this couch if you want it to. It was ok to set up . I did it by myself took about 1 hour . The chair legs are weird it leans forward so I don’t sit on it just pull it flat to lay on it . I like the color and it pretty sturdy it just really small. I wouldn’t buy again

I bought this for my sons game room. It is perfect and comfortable. It holds it shape and is firm. It is easy to clean and easy to fold out to a bed. The cup holders are a bit small.

Once we assembled the product we found it to not be functional as a couch. If one person sits it sags you into the back corner and into the side of the couch you can't sit in a normal comfortable position and the structure and discomfort is worse if two people sit. Also the cup holders are a joke and pointless they only thing that could fit would be small juice boxes or pouches. I contacted the seller requesting a return and refund because it being defective as a couch. First issue they had was that the pieces vacuum sealed had been open and second because we didn't have the original boxes in a usable condition. The boxes came damaged but it didn't hurt the product and in order for us to assemble we needed space so the boxes got broken down and put in recycling. There would be no way of knowing the couch was no good without putting it completely together. They wouldn't allow us a refund. They tried to offer a $45 dollar discount to have us keep it mind you it cost over $420 with shipping. I declined and advised I wouldn't even keep it, if it was free. They refused a return and refund. Horrible customer service and on top they found it acceptable to say they haven't gotten any complaints from buyers since they made upgrades to the product. Luckily Amazon customer service is AMAZING and fixed the issues for me after I got no help from the direct seller. Zero stars for everything besides being easy to assemble it wasn't hard to assemble but it could of had better instructions. ... show more

Great couch for the price! Assembly was pretty easy, it fits our space perfectly, and is quite comfortable. Definitely not a couch you wanna sleep on for weeks but for naps and average lounging it's perfect! If i were to put guests on here I'd definitely add a mattress topper for the gaps between each cushion. Overall very happy with this purchase. ... show more

Love it, wasn’t too hard to assemble. Only part that you really need to assemble is the base. Love it, comfy and practical. The customer service was great, was wondering when the second box would arrive and they got back to be under 24 hours. Thank you!

Looks exactly as pictured, very spacious for one person, sturdy, comfortable to sleep on if you like a firm mattress. I rent a room and didn't want the bed taking up a lot of space. I don't regret this purchase at all!
