This is just what I wanted for my living room. It's comfortable, but you should know this version is low to the ground. The only problem we had was the assembly of the back piece, which is very tricky to position in order to bolt it in, in the order set out in the instructions. We eventually had to remove the bottom piece (the previous step) in order to get in there to access the bolts.

My son is 17 and has autism, because of this he likes to ROCK a lot. Unfortunately because he is 6ft tall and 250lbs this doesn't work out well for the office chairs we've tried for his room. This time we went for the rocker style but my husband was soooo happy to sit in it after he (easily) put it together Christmas night, beverages and all. He didn't want to give it up. What we love is it's VERY wide and large so there is room for his long legs and feels very sturdy and not tippy. Hopefully years of safe sensory input for my guy and the look and feel is nice too! If things go wrong I will update but this was a great Xmas present for us!

I ordered this chair with hopes it would be much better than it was. Pros: Lower cost, Wood rocker pieces are nice and solid. Cons: Oh boy- the bottom seat cushion is so deep that even the lumbar pillow doesn't help. The padding in the back cushion needs to be 3x's what it is (yes, we allowed it to fully inflate after removing it from vacuum seal). I am 5'8" and it's the first time that I have sat in a chair where my feet did not touch the floor. EVER. The chair rocks too far back, making it the most awkward experience. Seat too deep, chair rocks too far back (stoppers on the rockers are in the correct place)- it's bad, bad, bad. My 6'1" husband tried- while his feet touched the floor, only when he sat forward. Extra con: Trying to communicate with the seller for a return. Returns are not free. Had to make multiple requests- even get Amazon customer service involved. Long delays in replying and English is not their first language. I'm giving it 1 star because it was a fail on so many levels. I haven't been refunded yet (fingers crossed). Buyer Beware. Buy this chair if you have fully vetted the measurements, and you are an amazon (not to be confused with Amazon).

The chair was easy to build and the color is nice but it isn’t very comfortable. The seat part is too long and the back is too short. It’s hard to get into especially when you’re holding a baby and don’t have two hands to situate yourself.
