Absolute junk. I barely leaned on one of the bench slats to stand up while building this piece of junk and the seat cracked. While putting this together, my wife had to drive to Lowe’s, a hour round trip, to get eye bolts because it didn’t come with them. It wasn’t until she returned that I broke the slat. One of the arm rests didn’t have the holes drilled out either so I had to drill that as well…all of course, before the slat broke. DO NOT, DO NOT BUY THIS SWING! IT IS JUNK. It’s made from the cheapest materials you’ll ever see. Plus, the shipping was delayed by 2 days. Horrible experience all together.

The swing arrived exactly as described. Assembly took about 20 minutes and the finished product looks very nice. I purchased the black swing. The finish quality is very good and the wood used for the swing was sturdy and very smooth. Compared to the swings that I could buy locally, this one a much better value.

Nice swing but it did have a chunk of wood missing when unpacked

First, the seat back was assembled incorrectly at the factory because the holes did not match up for the bolts to attach to the seat. I had to take off the piece, flip it, and reassemble in order to complete the back to seat attachment. The flipped piece is not painted so is not vulnerable to the elements. Second, the first time my daughter and I sat in it, the arm cracked where the eye bolt for the chain connects to the swing. I tried to glue it back together, the the eye bolt is not long enough to go through all layers of wood without digging into the wood of the arm. When you tighten the bolt, the wood cracks. Does not do it on the other side. Very disappointed with the shoddy workmanship. No way this swing will support three adults. My daughter and mine combined weight is under 300 pounds, and the wood split. Too much to send back. Going to try to get different hardware to keep it together.

It is well built and looks great put up. It did arrive with some paint missing but just a little touch up will take care of that. Very comfortable to sit in.

Slightly time consuming to assemble but I assembled by myself - hung with a helper! It’s a beautiful swing. Very sturdy, weather resistant, and of course pretty to look at!! Came with chains and no creeks when we swing. It’s a higher quality than reflected in the price in my opinion - great bang for your buck!
