We bought this for my mother in law that moved from her home to an apartment. The one thing she missed was a fireplace and this was a great replacement for the real thing. It is well made and very pretty.

This entertainment center is a real mixed bag. Three pieces—including the top support—showed up cracked. Thankfully, the damage was on the hidden side, because I’d already taken a day off work to assemble this beast, and there was no turning back. As we laid the parts out, I quickly discovered that several weren’t labeled. Cue a thrilling round of “Guess That Panel,” featuring the instruction manual and some educated guesswork. The hardware bags weren’t much better—the tiny labels rubbed off if you so much as looked at them, so it was back to the manual again for deciphering. Then came the LED lights. If you opt for the large option, the cables aren’t long enough to reach where they’re supposed to go, and you can’t attach them properly until the whole thing is assembled. A fun surprise. One of the glass door brackets also arrived stripped, so I’ll need to secure it with glue and a little tape wizardry. Despite all the chaos, the finished product does look great, and the heater adds a cozy touch. Still, assembling it felt less like furniture building and more like completing a very stylish escape room.

Item did not contain all the hardware needed and the holes in the product were misaligned and it could not be properly assembled. I was not able to return or exchange it because it was 2 weeks past return date when I was able to start assembling it and realized it was defective. I’m out almost 500 bucks for a piece of furniture that can’t be assembled. The materials also look cheap and not as pictured.

Instructions were incorrect . There was incorrect sizing for the cord to connect the lighting so we cannot light the side cabinets the seller would not address or sent the items that were damaged upon arrival or incorrect . They only offered us $15 to replace and fix everything ourselves very unprofessional.
