Received the chair today. Put it together by myself in about 30 minutes. Super easy almost comes put together anyway. Comes in two boxes. Even though it says the cushions take 48 to 72 hours to fill, the cushions are super soft and super comfy. I am 5'4" 235 lbs. And it supports me. My new reading chair so my pups can join me! Color, quality and firmness is exactly as described.

So far I am in love with this chaise. If you have any hand issues putting the bolts in will be a bit of a pain but otherwise it took about 30minutes- 1 hour to put together. Slight factory smell that febreeze fixed. Super comfortable and will fit a 6ft person on it easily or all the critters you have. It came earlier than I was expecting which was a pleasant surprise. Beige coloring matches pictures.

Overall: very impressed with this VERY LARGE chair. Build: easy instructions, easy construction, took about an hour to build by myself. Color: just as described in the picture. Comfort: very plush, soft but firm, and very comfy to sit on. It can fit myself, plus 2 children comfortably. Perfect for lounging, watching tv, reading a book or taking a nap. My only complaint- the back pillows slides down between the back rest and cushion. I might add a throw pillow to see if that will suffice. Otherwise, very happy with this purchase.

Hard to get out of. I thought it was a whole piece but is chair with an ottoman, that top cushion covers both. The ottoman moves away from chair. Also is very short backed so no back or neck support.

I love this chair but we definitely have to use the added throw pillows against the larger back rest pillows for added support. Overall, it was rather easy to assemble. It is sturdy and you don't just sink into it while sitting or laying. The color and texture are great. I gave it 4/5 stars only bc the backrest could definitely use more support.
