Pros: For $400, it’s a fantastic find. The velvet material is super soft and looks more expensive than it is. It arrived with zero chemical smell, which was a huge plus. The seat cushions are really comfortable, soft enough to sink into but still supportive. The cushions all come off easily, which makes cleaning super simple. It’s also surprisingly comfortable to lay down on. The surface is flat and firm enough to stretch out or nap on without sinking unevenly. It was quick to assemble, delivered fast, and just really well-made for the price. Also super sturdy! Great pick for small apartments or guest areas. I’d absolutely recommend it if you’re on a budget but still want something that looks and feels nice. Cons: The back cushions are a bit firmer and smaller than I’d like, so I have to use a throw pillow behind me for extra support. I’m 5'2" and fit perfectly on the chaise, but taller friends’ feet hang off the edge—so keep that in mind if you’re over 5'6". ... show more

The items came in 2 separate packages. 1 box arrived earlier than the expected date. Amazon concluded my order received but I did not receive the 2nd box nor did I have any tracking information. I reached out to the seller through Amazon and it took 1 day for them to respond with a tracking number that wasn’t listed on Amazon. The 2nd box arrived 2 days later. The assembly part was not a problem for me. I am a female just to point out. I followed the instructions and it took a little over an hour to fully assemble. NOTE: DO NOT OPEN THE CUSHION PACKAGING IF YOU PLAN TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. I would inspect the other parts first. I did not have any reason to. All of my parts were complete and no damages etc. The holes to connect the pieces aligned properly. There was minor threading on the lining of some of the items. The cushions are NOT thick at all. The arm rest is very flat and does not have a purpose other than to look like it serves one lol the length is really good for the price and it’s not bad considering. I would only consider this product as a starter or filler furniture but do not buy for comfort. The back rest cushions are very very thin. You will need to acquire more throw pillows and shams to make it comfy but it’s not a bad purchase. ... show more

The couch is smaller than the measurements listed. The back rest panels have huge gaps between them after assembly as well. Item can’t be returned once removed from the vacuum sealed bags. However, the fabric is nice and of good quality.

When I tell you it was the EASIEST set up! I love doing projects myself but hate whenever it's too much cuz I just wanna see it all come together and this took me ALONE literally like 30-60 mins to do!!! It looked a little low before I put the cushions on but baby!!! When I did... it was EVERYTHING I've wanted and it was the PERFECT SIZE for the space I wanted to put it. I was Not disappointed. I just wish the Chaise were longer but it's still ok. I'll still give it a 10/10. Also, I got both boxes at the same time, with no parts missing with an extra piece of every screw/ part needed, which made my experience even better ! ... show more
