I was so hesitant to buy a couch on amazon and after some reviews in this about not receiving items i was even more nervous but i went through with it and im so glad i did! i’ve been needing a good big comfy couch and this is so good. it did come in two separate days which was scary but it all came and assembly was so easy. the size is perfect and its got a great quality. i also think the thickness is awesome and its not too thin at alllll. the color is perfect as well and just like the picture. i also did have to reach out to the seller and they even sent me the tracking info on each separate box which was relieving. there are three boxes in total and the hardware comes in a separate bag so watch out for that :) ... show more

Honestly Im pretty satisfied. It’s an affordable amazon couch.. you get what you pay for. The couch was easy to assemble. It’s pretty firm, and the base/butt cushions tend to move around with prolonged sitting. I would say the worst parts of the couch are the arm rests. Or should I say lack of. They’re essentially just small pillows you zipper and velcro to the sides of the couch (zipping the “arm rest” pillows to the couch was probs the trickiest part of the entire assembly). So they are not made for leaning on, and useful arm rests are def missed in my household. But I just stuck some large pillows next to them and lean on those. Couch is also fairy low to the ground. But If you want a nice looking, firm couch for a decent prize, this is a great option! ... show more

So I ordered this because I saw it on tiktok. It came fast it’s soft and very comfy. I go to put it together which took two hours because it the pieces are very hard to screw into the holes. So I notice it only came in two boxes and that I am missing another part. So instead of getting a U shape sectional they sent me a L shaped sectional. I reached out to the seller got no response and they don’t have a phone number. Amazon sent them a message on my behalf and got no response. All I want is the missing piece so I contact fed ex to see if they have a third box they forgot to give me and they said the seller put a different shipped label on the third box and that they cannot tell me where my package is because the seller would have to give me the tracking number they can’t give it to Me or tell me where my package is and he would have to call fed ex. I’m so upset cause I really liked the couch but please do not order furniture from a third party seller it will be hard to get a resolution I paid $489 with shipping and I have a half of couch please send me the missing pieces ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Really love this couch It's very easy to clean even though dirt can settle into the design area it's easy to brush by hands or vacuum doesn't matter. The color is just as the picture, it's thick and fluffy very comfortable. The quality is good for it's price the handle or also soft, it comes with the letters of how to assembly wasn't hard at all.
