The shelves arrived a week early which was nice, however, I ordered two sizes (load capacity) and there are no identifying numbers or info on the box that match the online listing to tell which was which. I referenced the source company website and found that size and capacity between them and Amazon listing were different. It was confusing and frustrating. According to Amazon I ordered 1000/6000 lb and 350/2100 lb shelf units. The shipping company listed them as 500/3000 lb and 250/1500 lb. They are nice shelves but be aware: USING THE CASTERS REDUCES WEIGHT CAPACITY TO 20% OF CAPACITY LISTED, USING FEET. If you move the unit loaded heavy, the casters will bend and strip out the socket in the leg. ... show more

I have owned a dozen essentially identical rolling, metal wire shelves, purchased from Sam's Club in 2021 (& earlier) [at a higher price] I just purchased two (2) of these & finished assembling them. *This packaging was slightly superior, so all the hardware was better protected during transport. *The wheels are slightly larger which makes rolling [i.e. through thresholds with a concrete gap or over the edge of the carpet, etc] significantly easier. *There are some minor grammatical errors in the instructions, but nothing that would hinder assembly. It's pretty darned idiot-proof. (these are common grammar errors typically found in Chinese to English translations, but since I've put these together before, that was irrelevant to me. *The Sam's club product includes translucent Plastic Shelf Liners, whereas, this product does not which can be partly reflected in the price gap. Shelf-liners make sense in some use cases, so give that some thought. (@ $8 - 10/per), but depending on your use case it might make sense to spec out precisely what works best & get them separately, anyway.s Free prime delivery to my garage door, and three-day delivery made this a brilliant decision. ... show more

I thought these were going to be made of sturdier wire, based on the weight capacity. They seem flimsy to me, and flex when I put heavy boxes on them. Definitely cheap. But then, you get what you pay for.
