I honestly can't understand why anyone would feel that this pop up tent isn't worth every penny. I have owned a few 10 x 10's and this is our 2nd 10 x 20 because our last tent had one side's metal collapse and bend during a big storm the evening before Thanksgiving (but even that one had been used numerous times and even still we were able to salvage it and makeshift it to get us through hosting our outdoor dinner with guests). We got this as a replacement and I am very happy with it. It held up, has all the bells and whistles that you could ask for, isn't plasticky or feels too light or cheaply made. This will for sure do it's job and have a long life and as I love to throw outdoor events for my guests at my home, it will surely be put to work beyond the few times we have used it already. But make no mistake: this tent is not a professional canvas tent that you rent for $550. Those are $1000's of dollars. So if you're looking for one of those then this tent is not for you. But for the money, it is excellent quality and robust and doesn't look or appear cheap at all. Also, the tote bag it comes in is by far a better quality than most of the sling bags these tents traditionally come in. I'm super happy!

The canopy only lasted one night before it collapsed and when I requested to return it. I went to UPS and they told me I had to pay for the shipping which was an incredible amount of almost $300. I tried to use it again for a rummage sale at the church and turns out it is broken in a few parts it has collapsed the ceiling is very low and the tarp just won't stay on. I was forced to keep this junk please do not buy please order something else or do yourself a favor and get something in person like at Menards or Dick's sporting goods or Cabela's do not get this junk please do not they will not give you back your money and you are stuck with this broken thing.

So I just want to state that no matter what I say after this, I still believe its a lovely tent, the hardware (the easy up metal structure) is solid, smooth and easy to use and set up. The tent material is thin and flimsy, I put up one of the sidewalls, without really any tension because I was hanging it not securing it on the sides, and hadn't unzipped anything when the stitching on the zipper gave way. It made an opening about 2.5 inches wide, separating the zipper from the panel material. I literally was just hanging it, so that was a bummer, and I am hoping it lasts longer then one use, we'll see. The tent itself is a beautiful very white color, the clear window panels are very clear and clean looking, my guests had no idea of the small separation on the zipper, the setup was really elegant, and the tent itself is very spacious. I am really hoping to get a lot of use out of this tent, everything else about the tent was really really great. I am still really happy I purchased it, and I still think its a really good value for the price. :)

As popups go I've had easier ones to set up. There are some extra poles that need to be installed along the roof line, that could have been integrated into the design. These poles are a bit difficult to remove when breaking down the popup, especially if it has been in the sun for a few hours. All in all it's pretty sturdy and is a nice size but has to be deployed at it's tallest setting for the top cover to work properly. It's a good price, which cancels out some of the inconvenience.

I was nervous after reading reviews, but to be honest I looked at A LOT of tents and all had some bad reviews. We took a chance and couldn't be happier! We ordered the blue 10x20 tent for my daughter's birthday knowing it was school colors as well so we could use it for tailgating for college games and sports events at our kids' school. It turned out great! It was easy to put up (we did have 4 people as recommended by the directions and reviews), the cover went on easily-no tears, and we popped it up to the height desired. We had an Arabian Nights party theme, so we draped the inside of the tent with fabric and some lights with no issues. We did have some moisture on the inside of the tent, but that was due to the fact it had rained here for a week and we live in a humid climate. I put down a tarp and put up a box fan and the moisture drops where gone. We also were able to put our projector screen on a stand inside the tent on one end for a movie night. The tent was left up for a week and we had no fading of color and it was SO easy to take down. The only hard part was getting the cover and sides back in the bag with the tent, but we did it.

I used it two times. After the first time, the frame was broken and some areas on the top cover are torn. After the 2nd use, the top cover is completely ripped off. The stakes (strings) are fragile and broken. Even though the frame is broken, I could still try to connect the broken pieces using my personal ropes. But the top cover is irreplaceable. I called the seller and Amazon. I asked if i could purchase just the top cover. The seller said they were not selling just the top cover. Amazon also did not do much to help me out. Now I am stuck. I searched and found some top cover for sale but the price is more than half of the price of an entirely new canopy, so not worth to buy it. I'm very disappointed that the seller does not sell a replacement of the top cover.
