I love my air fryer! As someone who lives alone and is a not a foodie, nor likes too cook, I had wanted an air fryer for awhile, but was worried it would fall by the wayside like my onepot and other cooking tools I bought thinking “if I have this, I’ll start cooking”. Ha! The cycle was broken on this one. I love it to cook and reheat. It is easy to use and clean and I love that it takes way less time to cook things, part of why I hate cooking. In fact, it took me awhile to figure out chicken breasts b/c I kept overcooking it. Potatoes and veggies are so much quicker to make. Two main complaints, which aren’t deal breakers. I wish it had more instructions on how long to cook things. There are settings etched in the cooker, but it’s missing some basics. Also, It is kind of small. I am one person, so it works okay, but if you are cooking a lot, you may want it bigger. I try and leave space for the air to come through, but you can also overlap a little in things like veggies. You can also use with tinfoil. It works like an oven which I love in the summer because it keeps my kitchen from getting too hot since I don’t have an a/c unit in my kitchen. Bought this to replace our larger air fryer as I was tired of it taking up so much counter space. This one is about 1.5 quarts smaller than our old one and while it seems tiny in comparison, it really does allow for an appropriate amount of food for the two of us. It takes up far less space and looks a lot better on my counters. The only feature I miss from our old one is that the basket of that one could be removed separately. I got this when our oven went kaput. My daughter's love fries, which can't cook in a microwave. I'd heard that air fryers are awesome, and now I'm inclined to agree. But I only needed a small one, since there's just three people in my household. This air fryer works, is pretty easy to use, and doesn't take up a ton of space on my counter. Plus it was really affordable. The only thing I'd change if I could was to fully close it, it takes it as you're cooking something, but it can get annoying to unplug it every time. works as intended. cooks food very well. basket is oddly shaped so finding paper trays in a chore. its 8x8 but its "rounded square" very "rounded square". square with round corners wont work well. other than that the instruction guide doesnt help you understand what the settings do. its kinda "winging it" as you go. but theyre all self explanatory. I dont even use them. I set time and temp manually most of the time. cleaning is a snap, its quite, cooks stuff great, looks good. It does/did have a weird smell but im not sure if its still there. might have been coating cooking off. Its faded though. ... show more
