I like the fact it’s exactly how the pictures look ! I bought as i have sciatica and back pain is an issue of mine. I use this when ever the pain comes back and it does wonders. I like that it’s small enough to use on your neck/ legs/ back when ever you need it for that area unlike bigger massagers. I like the heat it gives with the massages. It gives very firm massages so i recommend using the cover if you plan on putting your back against it. I have my boyfriend move it down my back while i lay on my stomach and i find it less painful to use this way than sitting and resting on it. I’m happy it comes with a plug to use in the car for long rides. I can’t sit for too long without it. It’s lightweight and you can use for a long time. This thing is great! As a person who frequently gets muscle knots, this thing can roll them out like nothing else! (I am a little sore the next day when I have used it for extended periods getting those buggers out! This is not surprising nor unexpected since I did use it for a while sitting between me and my chair.) It feels SO good that I bought my mother and my adult daughter one! It does have one flaw. Inside there are screws that come loose. (Don’t worry…it’s nothing that will hurt you nor does the machine stop working.) The screws are in the middle of the spinning heads. When you flip the switch one way for heat, the heads spin in one direction. When you flip the switch to use without heat, the head spins in the opposite direction. ONE of the directions (I’m not sure which) causes the screws to come loose and drop out. This is definitely NOT a deal breaker, though I was really bummed at first thinking it was going to be broken when I heard the loose screw drop and roll around in the massager. I unzipped the cover and carefully took the massager out so as not to lose the screw and to see where exactly it was supposed to go. It was simple enough to find…it dropped out and I could see where it was supposed to go as the other side still had its screw where it belonged. I simply put the screw back and carefully tightened it back up, so as not to strip the head of the screw. I then put the massager back inside its cover and zipped it up. Good as new! I’ve now had it happen quite a few times (both sides), and I simply do as I described. It’s only MILDLY bothersome when it works so well to get those knots out and FEELS SO GOOD! As someone who has suffered from painful knots pretty much since I was a teenager and have never found anything else that could really get rid of them other that a very strong massage (which my husband can’t seem to do…:/ ), it is DEFINITELY worth the minor inconvenience for me! ... show more

It gets out knots pretty good, but the only issue I have is that it turns off after awhile and won't come back on until it's cooled down. That's understandable because it does get pretty warm if you're using it on the with heat setting.

This gives you a deep massage. I get a lot of upper back pain, I no longer need to ask someone to shove their elbow into my back because this gets in there. Don’t lay on it, my husband did that and now won’t use this because he says it hurts too much. I just wish mine heated up. I bought this for my boyfriend, he was so stiff he could no longer move his neck. Once he started using this it broke down all of his knots and he has full range of motion. I bought this in October and it just now died on us. Big shame, this is a great product but only lasted us three months

I've been telling my boss for the past 12 years that we deserve our own little cabana boys to rub our shoulders all day, since we sit at computers for 9 hours straight. I decided to finally order something and holy guacamole why did I wait so long? It has 2 settings that adjusts the way the massagers move. The heat definitely helps with the cold office setting too. The elastic strap allows it to be attached to your chair so you can get a massage whenever you want. It’s not a bad product. I have bad neck pain and this helps relieve some of the pain. If you’re not sitting on a chair, it can be awkward to use. The first time I used this product I heard a rattling sound and a screw was randomly bouncing around in it. It’s okay for what it’s worth but it’s not my favorite product to use for neck or upper back pain. ... show more
