It's a nice chair, worth the price, but it's not my holy grail. I purchased the seat with the "thickened spring cushion" which feels really sturdy & comfy and like it will last a long time - definitely recommend that option. The fabric isn't ideal. The mesh part isn't too comfortable on bare skin. Time will tell how long the pleather parts hold up. I like the footrest and it stows away easily. I wouldn't feel super comfortable putting much weight on it though. Not a fan of the armrests and neither are bony elbows. I heeded other reviews and made sure to not overtighten the armrest screws. I think they really need longer screws or something because they still wiggle a bit. I feel like I have to be overly cautious with them. If you're like me and sit cross-legged, you probably put most of your weight on the armrests when you pull yourself up & move around, so I need sturdier armrests. They don't have the option to fold up and out of the way either since they are connected to the seat. Thankfully the seat is wide enough that I am still able to sit cross-legged. I'm surprised at how powerful the massager is, but I don't really use it because the cord is so short and I'm worried I will rip it out by turning or rolling over it. It does make a nice enough lumbar cushion. I recommend this chair in spite of these things due to the low cost.

One reason I ordered this chair was cause it was a prime two day. Did not receive till day four. Delivered via UPS and was in good condition when arrived. Unboxing was easy and all parts came in bags with easy to follow instructions. Set up was a breeze except for the foot rest part was just a little confusing. But was not difficult to figure out. Love the massage back cushion. Is a great fit in my small space. Wheels roll nicely and levers work great. A little hard to get the leg rest out. Fabric feels good. Head and back cushions are easily removable.

I even slept in it already, I'll gladly sleep in it again, it's easy with the included neck pillow. The only thing I wish it had was another 3" of height adjustment. You cannot recline all the way with the height up as it is now, or it will tip over. But for working at my desk I wish it was able to extend a few inches taller. Then just lower it to recline. The vibrating lumbar support is ok, but you have to plug it in, could be good for long sessions of work or play.

***UPDATE*** I'm updating this review to a 4 because Team Vigosit contacted me pretty quicky after posting this review to discuss with me what they could do to remedy the issues & situation with the chair that I had provided feedback/rating on. Team Vigosit stated they have "contacted the factory to re-check the quality of this batch of products". They were extremely understanding and kind with their interactions with me and offered the following options, despite the fact that I no longer had the item to return (I thought it had been too long to do anything about it so was just going to eat the cost): 1. Replace the Chair with the same model 2. Replace the Chair with an upgraded model 3. Refund for the original chair Personally I thought all of these options were extremely generous offerings considering I had already thrown the chair out. I opted for the refund because I no longer have the space for a chair of that size. The process has been happily hassle free and Team Vigosit has been quick to respond. Original Rating: Cheap hardware - The first time I used this chair, both armrests immediately bent outward from the smallest amount of arm pressure and no amount of tightening the screws made them straight again. The wheels did not roll well on laminate flooring. The massage pillow had a very short cord - too short to use without buying a USB extension and was barely a vibration without any adjustment option. The neck/head pillow didnt line up properly with my head & neck and wasnt able to be adjusted to be comfortable. The seat wasnt very cushioned and too hard to sit on for more than an hour or 2 for someone with any kind of existing spine issues. The chair material is very flimsy & easy to scratch/damage. I sent mine to the dumpster because I didnt want the hassle of taking it apart, attempting to rebox, and return it since I had thrown the box away. The only feature that worked out well on this chair was the footrest.
