Chair is comfortable and lumbar support is adequate for my bad back. Chair rolls nicely and provides nice resistance when you lean back. ***Before you buy: Check weight capacity. It’s a small chair. The seat cushion could use more padding. You may need to add a seat-cushion to feel 100% comfortable if you have back issues. ****Chair would be perfect if they just add more seat padding. I have been using a large oversized highback office chair in my craft room. After a bit of re-design in the room, I added a second table to give me a large L shaped work area. While I loved the new design, I found that it was almost impossible to move the big chair from place to place. I am an undertall person and my toes just barely touched the floor. That's when I realized I need to look for something more appropriate. Off I went to Amazon to check out the small desk chairs and came across this Armless Mesh Office Chair. I liked the look but was concerned with the price. It seemed awfully low to me. I was expecting to pay quite a bit more. As they say, "You get what you pay for". Since it was returnable, I decided to order it anyway. A big box arrived on my porch a few days later. It was very nicely packaged. The contents were all protected from being damaged. I took out all the pieces and checked to make sure all the parts were all there. I have assembled a number of chairs in the past but even so, I took a quick glance at the assembly instructions. It was so simple to do! It took longer to get out of the packaging than it did to assemble it. I rolled it into the craft room and then came the sit test. I had to adjust the height down a bit. When I leaned back in the chair it felt so good on my back and the seat was perfect. Then came the moving test. I was able to easily roll the chair, while still sitting from one desk to the other. Perfect! That's exactly what I wanted. The back will let air through on those hot summer days and the chair looked even better than the pictures shown. It looks like I paid much more for it than I did and I am sure it's going to last me for a very long time. I feel like I got a whole lot more than what I paid for. There was absolutely nothing to dislike!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this chair without arms so I could roll it under the office desk for space saving. Over all it is a nice chair and I love the back rest. But if I could change two things I would put a firmer denser cushion. The one it comes with is too soft and you don't feel like your getting enough support and I'm a slim person. The other thing I would change is I would have preferred a faux leather seat cushion. If your in the habit of snacking at your desk and you get any crumbs or drop anything on there it gets caught in the mesh and is hard to clean up. I also think the faux leather would give it a sleeker more modern appearance.

I'm at about the heaviest recommended weight for this chair (with some over-under fluctuation). This chair is not particularly comfortable to sit on for longer periods of time, if I use it for the duration of a normal work day my hips and hind quarters start complaining at me. Feels like most of the pressure is distributed poorly across the seat, focused on all the bony parts of my sitting apparatus. I was able to assemble it myself per the instructions (though the wheels did give me some trouble, with patience and walking away from the project for a few minutes to simmer down it was accomplished). Given that I do not weigh less, I cannot attest to how comfortable it is for people that aren't so close to the weight limit, but as for me, I'll be looking for a cushion in the short term and a better chair in the long term.
