poor fit on front crossbar-holes slightly misaligned. (b/t F/G). 2 poles were bent in slightly, required prying open to fit connecting "I" pole. Design improvement suggestion: either 4 velcro fasteners on both sides of front OR 2 drain holes (placed between velcro fasteners) water pools either side of drain holes. To tilt canopy more toward front causes back support poles to lean forward, adversely effecting the straight vertical design

This product is the biggest piece of junk we have ever bought. Went to put it together and got to the last step before putting the cover piece on and a piece of metal literally snapped in half. As easy as crushing a pop can. Absolutely pissed that I wasted any kind of money on this pathetic product.

I love it! It provides the perfect amount of shade for my French doors. So far it is water proof. Keep your hands off the fabric, just as you would a tent to keep it waterproof. I put it together by myself, so it can be done even as a single mom. If you have someone to help, that would be best. My flowers love the sun, but in Georgia hot summers, the sun shade provides enough light for them to still bloom and not burn or wilt. I managed to get mine on sale $172 and had a $60 off offer to get an Amazon card, so I took advantage of that and got mine for $112! Great purchase! If the shade sail deteriorates, I will probably replace with galvanized panels. :) fairly sturdy, however, I did purchase some bracing to attach at the joints, but have not put them on yet. I did not drill holes in my deck. I used very long zip ties on the rail side when at the top, and one at the bottom on each side. I have my green egg against it on one brick wall and a bench against it on the other. So far I’ve had no issues. I do recommend this product! Very happy with it, and everyone who has been over love, is it even my neighbor!

Box arrived ripped apart, looked like it was opened / returned because someone had hand wrote the letter “h” in the directions- which are crap by the way. Put it together myself- was not easy and don’t recommend that….. Some parts already have rust which is super annoying. The fabric canopy looks nice and seems to be put together well, however, doesn’t hold up well to rain as the water kept pooling down towards the bottom as other reviews pointed out. To make this last through the winter, I have attached plastic corrugated roofing sheets with zip ties, let’s see how that holds up for the next three months.

I had to return it. This was a 10 x 10. Turns out when I told the contractor to build me a 10 x 10 porch, that was used as the outside dimensions. So with the railing up and corner posts installed, I now have a 9 x 9 inside area, so, the gazebo didn't fit.

I bought two of these awnings due to their size.. I set them up in front of my RV, Between my trailer and fence 9 feet away. It fit perfectly. The first awning lasted 3 months. The canopy material itself holds water, and the shape causes it to pool And collect at the bottom. I bought a second awning in November, I coated it with fabric guard so it wouldn't hold water. But it still didn't bead off like it should have. The awning was a week old, we had a wind storm while I was out of town, all the straps ripped off the fabric.( literally all of them attached to the frame still) the canapy was still attached in the corners of both awnings acted like parachutes and they both destroyed themselves, on the newer awning the rear legs ripped itself out of the deck . and it folded itself over the fence. I bought some steel and ended up reinforcing one of them. It survived a wind storm today so I'll be doing the same improvements to the other awning. And trying to save what I have.

I got this to cover my back porch by the door and it's pretty much perfect. The only reason for loss of star is some water does get through so it's more of a sun cover. But I intend to paint it to water proof it so it just needs an extra step to be what I need
