  • Blown Away By this Turntable
Color: Gun-Metal Style: Wired Pattern Name: Turntable
Alright, folks, let's talk about this Audio-Technica turntable. If you're like me, you've got a stash of vinyl tucked away somewhere and you're ready to dust 'em off and give 'em a spin. But if you're still rocking that dusty old turntable from the 70s, it's time for an upgrade. And let me tell you, this turntable is the bee's knees. I bought this during the COVID times because I really wanted to upgrade from the disappointing turntable I had had since I was 12. I had had Audio-Technica Headphones before, and was pretty impressed with their quality, so I figured this turntable was a safe bet. I'm so glad I went this route -- every time I play a record, I'm yet again impressed by how good it sounds and by how much of an upgrade it is. So let me jump into the review of this turntable: first of all, can we talk about how easy this thing is to set up? I'm not exactly what you'd call "tech-savvy," but I was able to get this thing up and running in about 5 minutes. But the real reason we're all here is for the sound quality, am I right? Let me tell you, this turntable does not disappoint. The music comes through crisp and clear, with none of that annoying crackling or popping that you sometimes get with older turntables. And the fact that you can adjust the tracking force and anti-skate means you can really fine-tune the sound to your liking. And let's not forget about the looks. This thing is sleek and stylish, with a gunmetal gray finish that'll make all your friends jealous. Plus, it's got a cover to keep your records safe from dust and scratches. In conclusion, if you're in the market for a new turntable, do yourself a favor and check out the Audio-Technica AT-LP60X-GM. It's affordable, easy to use, and most importantly, it sounds fantastic. And if you're still not convinced, just think of all the cool points you'll score with your friends when they see this bad boy sitting on your shelf. ** As a quick side note, I will say that I paired theses with the Speakers that Amazon suggested -- I believe they are Edifier. I'm pretty happy with this combo, I feel that the sound quality together is fairly pleasing, but that said I feel you can get a similar quality out of any set of good quality speakers. Just wanted to mention what I was working with though. ... show more

  • Absolutely worth it
Color: Black Style: Wired Pattern Name: Turntable
Absolutely perfect, worked straight out of the box, easy setup and sounds amazing. Pair these with a good set of speakers and you will be good to go. Only slight nitpick is I wish it had more outputs on the turntable it self. But, the included line cable works charms. Highly recommended and worth the money. ... show more

  • An Absolute Must Buy
Color: Black Style: Wired Pattern Name: Turntable
The first thing im going to say is before I got this, I had a crosely suitcase turntable. This makes the purchase of this Audio Technica AT-LP60X 10 times better. There is zero muffle or wow. The clarity is so good I would confidently say that I can not hear any difference between a record and lossless streaming with this turntable. As you can see, I have a pair of Klipsch R-51M speakers. If youre familiar with klipsch, you know that all of their speakers (notably the 51's) are known for being very revealing. So that means any imperfections in the recording or mastering are very easy to distinguish. So even with those speakers, I cannot tell a difference between vinyl playback and lossless streaming of the same music. That shows just how high quality this turntable is. While it may not be a $1000+ audiophile turntable, it is a very clean beginner hi-fi turntable, and a heck of a lot better than a novelty suitcase player. I absolutely would recomend this turntable to any new vinyl record enthusiasts. A 10/10 purchase. The package came in good condition with a few dents but thats standard for shipping and everything inside was completely factory clean and pristine. There was some confusion on delivery dates but it arrived a day after it was first expected which is no more than a minor inconvenience and is completely expected from a third party seller on Amazon. I really cant get over how great this Audio Technica AT-LP60X is. I am thoroughly enjoying it and the simple auto start and auto stop buttons are a nice touch for people who love records but have shaky hands! I look forward to using this for many years to come! ... show more

  • Great price -- even better sound quality!
Color: Brown Style: Wired Pattern Name: Turntable
I came across this turntable when it was recommended with speakers I bought on Amazon (Edify R1280DB). The two of these items pair together fantastically. The turntable was very easy to set up and is even easier to use. Sound quality is excellent. I definitely recommend this, especially for someone looking for a great quality, budget-friendly turntable. ... show more

  • Third Time is the Charm
Color: Black Style: Wired Pattern Name: Turntable
I went through two other turn tables before getting this one. The first was a UDreamer w/speakers, but only half the sound worked, so that went back. The second was a Pareiko, and it worked well enough. The sound was fine, though the cover felt cheap and tended to catch, which would make the player jump in operation. But that was fine too, until the table started to squeak. Not fun while listening to Vivaldi's Four Seasons. That went back. And now for the third, is the Audio-Technica, and I have to say, I am glad the others failed! This is a really nice player, smooth operation and nice sound. The cover feels solid and having the buttons on the front rather than underneath it, makes playing nice and easy. The auto stop and stow feature is also very nice. I kept rolling the price of the previous player into the next and managed to buy this one on sale and, so far, I am very happy with this purchase. Let the playing begin! ... show more

  • Genuinely Perfect Player
Color: Gun-Metal Style: Wired Pattern Name: Turntable
I’ve had this player since March of 2026, I waited till August to get around to writing this. As more of a beginner this is one of the best machines I could’ve hoped to pick up, coming from a horrible Walmart Victrola that would blow out the low end and top end. It plays everything I own with perfect fidelity (imo), it had an automatic tone arm, reasonably high end cartridge, and easy to use buttons. I also have the gun metal version and it pops too. One thing I’d say is go for a silicon mat versus the stock felt one, way less static. You can hook in a portable speaker with aux no issues or switch over to standard premium book shelf speakers, there’s also a BT model of this but if I’m playing a vinyl I want it analog. 10/10 if you want a quality way into vinyl this LP60X is the ticket. I’d buy it 5 times! ... show more

  • Phenomenal Turntable for My Very First!
Color: Gun-Metal Style: Wired Pattern Name: Turntable
I spent an exhaustive amount of time last week looking at Marketplace, eBay, and Amazon for listings. I also watched a ton of YouTube videos, read various subreddits, and overthought everything. All of the previous reviews made me nervous because you either got a fabulous unit or your delivery driver messes up and breaks your device. That being said, it came on-time along with my speakers and other accessories. My dust cover came already installed, but your instructions or online videos will show you how to put it on if need be. I got nervous trying to figure out how to get the belt drive dealio to where it needed to go because the paper instructions confused me, but YouTube shows you just fine. Otherwise, the instructions were intuitive. The fully automatic piece and price point is ultimately what sold me on it, because I almost wasted money on awful used suitcase units on Marketplace. I was so giddy when I finished hooking up my Edifier speakers to the AT-LP60X-GP turntable. Since I had recently watched the Michael biopic and since I grew up on his music, I *had* to buy the Thriller vinyl and live-react it. Very nostalgic. I’ve played two other vinyls on it with zero issues! Watching videos of people playing this vinyl record player doesn’t even give you the full picture. It was a whole experience, lol, and I was involuntarily dancing through the first track. I then ended up dancing through almost the entire album because of how excited I was. It doesn’t have Bluetooth, which if my budget was higher, I would have gotten the 70X or higher with Bluetooth speakers. But for a beginner unit, it fits my needs perfectly. I did have to invest in a larger record stand the next day because I had a small bookshelf I used the first night. You can press the furthest right button to automatically stop playing but keep the disc rotating. You can also press the start and stop buttons and the stylus will automatically slow down and maneuver everything over. It only does two speed levels, which I’m blanking on the numbers. And it only takes size 7 or 12 inch vinyls, which is fine because I don’t plan on buying the super tiny ones anyways. I’m no audiophile yet, so if you’re brand new to the hobby, this is a good fit. Don’t let the purists and other folks dog on this unit. Once we learn if we’re gonna keep up with collecting and playing vinyl, THEN save up for a higher-end unit. ... show more

  • amazing!!! do not hesitate :)
Color: Black Style: Wired Pattern Name: Turntable
i LOVE this record player!! i think it’s super good for anyone ranging from beginner or long time record collector, i had been collecting records for a while now and upgraded from an ion record player and obviously this is a complete game changer. to pair with this i purchased the edifier 1280t speakers and they work PHENOMENALLY together!! perfect combo and the sound quality is amazing. one thing i will add is when i received the package (it just came in its regular box as if you bought it from the store) the box was a bit damaged with a hole but the record player itself was perfectly fine and protected, so don’t worry about that! anyways, if your hesitating on buying this don’t because it’s an awesome player and from the quality + what i’ve heard from others it’ll last a long time!! ... show more
