This turntable includes both Phono and Line outputs to allow playback with or without a Phono equalizer. Can I connect this to a Bluetooth speaker? No, it only comes with wireless input functionality, which means you can connect it with your smart phones or tablets instead of Bluetooth speakers. Powered it on after I pressed and held the button for 3 seconds, however it didn’t rotate. Any suggestions? Please kindly note the first step to turn on the turntable is pressing and holding the START button, and then you should press the START button only once to get the turntable to spin. Does the arm automatically go onto the record by itself to play and vise versa? The turntable is not automatic, so you should manually put the tonearm onto the record. But the turntable will automatically stop 3 minutes after the record ends. Tonearm shaking too much, making records unplayable, any suggestions? It’s recommended to re-adjust the tonearm and make sure it is neutrally balanced before the counterweight tracking force is set up. For the stylus skips, any suggestions? If you’ve come here looking for an attractive, all-in-one, medium-range (price and quality) record player, this is it. This is the one you want. Go ahead and put it in your cart. Or, if you prefer, read on, and you can hit “buy now” in a few minutes. Look, I’m a musician myself, so I’m certainly a music lover. And I’ve got good taste. I like nice things. But, I’m not laying down $1k (or more!) for a turntable and speaker set. And neither are you; otherwise, you wouldn’t be reading these reviews. Like me, you’ve got some vinyl and a decent amount of disposable income, so you’re looking for something a little nicer than the record-player-in-a-suitcase but not anything that will break the bank. I’ve got 50+ LPs, mostly inherited, and an equal number of 45s, also vintage. I don’t want to ruin them with low-quality needles and heavy arms; I don’t want them skipping due to flimsy arms and bouncy plinths. So, I did the research. (Unpaid, unsolicited, by the way) And this unit sits in that perfect sweet spot between “cheap” and “ridiculously expensive” (and frankly, pretentious). You get an exceptionally smooth and steady turntable, very easy to use even for rank beginners (my kids can operate it with minimal assistance); nice sounding speakers — nothing party-bumping, but the sound fills a modest living space without distortion; all with a stylishly understated classic vibe that’s unobtrusive and portable. (I easily carried it to class for my students to hear. They thought it was dope, as will you, my co-consumers.) Everything was in the package just as described, I had it set up in no time. Everything works as designed: Bluetooth functions well, within a reasonable but somewhat limited (10-15’) range. (“Limited range?!” Yes. But if you’re walking away with your phone in your pocket, are you really listening to the record player anymore? I mean, you can do chores in the next room, but you can’t walk the dog and expect it to stay connected! Lol) The cover stays on and stays out of the way; whether open or closed, you’ll not have trouble with LPs scraping the lid. It’s everything you’re looking for if you’re looking at $200 all-in-one record players — and it’s what you should be looking for if you’ve been shopping for a cheaper system but are scared off by the negative reviews. You don’t have to spend $1000 for a “good” sound system, but it is worth spending a little more to get something you’ll really enjoy and be proud to own. I promise, I’m not anyone special, and I don’t have a hidden agenda. I was here to review a crummy belt buckle when Amazon reminded me to review some other purchases. When I saw this one, I was like, “yeah, I’ll review it because it’s pretty awesome and I want people to have the joy of owning nice things on a budget.” Ok. You still with me? I'm going to start this off by saying I'd never used a record player in my life before ordering this. My mom gave me her collection of old records, and I needed a way to play them. I spent months trying to figure out what kind of record player I wanted and after reading countless reviews, I settled on this one. As someone who'd never had one before, I was happy that this came with both paper instructions and a video to help set it up. I had no idea what I was doing, but with the video and paper manual, I was able to get it set up. However, I did also use some YouTube videos when it came to balancing the tone arm because I wanted to make sure I was interpreting the instructions correctly (I have anxiety and I was worried about messing up my new, expensive for me record player lol). When I put my first record on, I was excited that the record played, meaning I set it up correctly. Is the sound the best quality in the world? No. But honestly, I'm happy with it. I think the music sounds pretty good. I don't tend to listen to music on anything fancy as it is, usually I have my music playing on my TV or on an Echo Dot speaker at home. I had considered getting something I could hookup external speakers to, but I'm pretty limited on space, so this compact all-in-one was the right choice for me. While some people don't love that the controls are under the lid, it doesn't bother me that much. I tend to set it to a certain volume and just leave it. I kind of like that the controls are under the lid because I have a curious cat who would love to play with the knobs if he had the chance. Volume wise, I think it's pretty good. I keep it fairly low because it's right next to the chair I lounge in, but even when I leave the room, I can still hear it pretty clearly without turning it up. Looks wise, I went with this one because it didn't look super modern. That was just something that was important to me personally. Overall, I think this is a great option for someone like myself who is just starting to get into this. It was relatively easy to setup for me as someone with absolutely zero knowledge or experience. I'm an audio file with over $200,000 worth of vintage high-end audio equipment and still have about 5,000 LPS 4000 CDs and my granddaughter decided she wanted to listen to a few LPS. She had no experience whatsoever with how to clean an album or how a turntable worked so I saw this one and it had all kinds of connections on it for powered speakers later on when she leaves for college next year if she decides to do that the tone arm was pretty good for a table at this price. Unpacked it was amazed at how good it looked but the platter on the dust cover on but the problem is that the back weight for adjustment for the static balancing of the tone arm is off from where the cartridge is located at the end of the tone arm so I had to get a small screwdriver out and loosen it two screws that hold the cartridge on move the cartridge back so I could actually get it balanced properly at about 1 and 1/2 g. After all was said and done the Bluetooth worked great the little unit sounded great and she was just thrilled to death as was her mother. I took few pieces of vinyl over for her to listen to and she recognized them recognize them right away and she was absolutely thrilled and so was I for $160. Highly recommended for a teenager or someone just getting into vinyl because when I started buying vinyl it was $1.77 per album now they started about 23 and go to the Moon but if you're looking for a nice little belt drive turntable that looks fantastic sounds really good has a lot of different connections on it for auxiliary powered speakers Bluetooth and everything worked perfectly and flawlessly right out of the box. ... show more

Easy set up. Works great. I was a little concerned about the small speakers of an all-in-1 record player, but small space sort of restricted having separate speakers. It sounds really good for an all in one, gets loud enough for my use. If you have a large room and want to fill the room with a deep full sound, you may want the version with the bookshelf speakers or a big stereo component rig. But this one is very good. ... show more
