The chair is nice looking! Getting it to lock into the down position is very difficult. You have to thrust your whole body to get out of recline position and get the springs to latch. Was thinking about buying 2 but thought twice about it.

Very comfortable chair. Very good price. 2 things could be better. Very hard to get out of recline position and chair won't stay in full recline. You have to keep chair in full recliner mode with your leg strength.

The chair is comfortable, easy to assemble and looks good. The massage feature works more like a vibrating chair than a true massage chair and it is loud. So much so that I need to turn the volume up on my tv to hear it over the chair. The recline feature is tricky too. Coming out of recline and getting the foot rest back down is tough. There have been times I needed to get out of the chair and use my hands. I reached out to the company in hopes of an exchange and have had an unfavorable response stating that they do not consider these to be "quality issues" and if I do not like it I should "sell it." Update: the description claims it has the characteristics of easy to clean fiber. This is not true. I dropped a small piece of pepperoni on it and immediately picked it up. I have spent the last 30 minutes trying to get the grease spot off. It is on there permanently now. So no...this is not easy to clean.
