I bought two of these mattresses in 2021 for my grandsons’ beds at our home. Since the boys have left I have been sleeping on one of the mattresses. I can tell you from personal experience this mattress is firm and comfortable. I sleep better on this mattress than the one in our master bedroom.     • Everyone needs a bed in a box!

I looked at product reviews for a bed in a box because the price point was in our price range. Personally I can't afford an $1100 mattress and I'm just not gonna spend that kind of money on a mattress! There's this thing I have called lots of bills and little expendable income... So bed in a box it is. It shipped out and I got it in a few days. The box came and it was a little shorter than me, I'm pretty short, and it wasn't that big around. I had to transport it so we stuck it in the backseat of my little car. We didn't just throw it in the backseat. There was some mathematical calculations with a little geometry thrown in and at an angle, with a little force we were able to shut both doors. This mattress is heavy but we finally got it in the house. We opened the box, thinking that there's no way a full size mattress can fit in this box. We pulled it out with my husband pulling and me pushing. It was a big giant sushi roll wrapped in lots of plastic. I watched the video on how to unroll it. We stood on each side and then we carefully cut the plastic. Let me tell you... When you take the vacuum sealed plastic off of a 12' mattress, there is no carefully unrolling it. You just stand to the side and get out of the way. That sucker popped open and rolled itself out. Thankfully there were no injuries. Do not stand in front of the mattress when it rolls out. You'll lose an eye. I finally laid down on this mattress. It was like getting a warm hug from your mom after you skinned your knee. It contoured to my body. There were no pressure points. It is the most comfortable mattress that I've ever laid on. It's been two nights of wonderful comfortable sleep. I don't wake up with back pain. My neck doesn't hurt anymore. I will forevermore buy a bed in a box but hopefully I won't need another one for at least 10 years. ... show more

    • Great mattress, not just for the price

I have been sleeping in this mattress for four months, so I think I can review it pretty well. First, I’m 5’4”, 265, and have some cervical and lumbar spine compression. I’m a stomach sleeper with a large chest. This mattress is FIRM which is exactly what I wanted. It’s not so firm that I can’t get comfortable. I sleep very well through the night and wake up well rested. I have noticed a decrease in aches and pains since I started sleeping on it. There isn’t enough edge support, but in a mattress at this price point that’s to be expected. Overall if you are looking for a firm hybrid mattress, I’d say that this is worth the money. The mattress that I had before this retails for $1000 and was extremely disappointing, the one before it $500 and only lasted for six months. I will feel like I got my money’s worth if this one lasts for a year, and it looks like it’s going to! Update 09/10/21: the mattress is still going strong, and I’ve been sleeping on it just over one year. No sagging or depressions, and the edges have held up. It’s still comfortable, and I still sleep very well on it. I am very glad that I made this purchase! Update 03/24/2023: y’all this mattress won’t stop! I’m now ten pounds heavier, and I realized the other day that there is a bit of a dip developing where I’ve been sleeping for almost three years. No biggie, just turned it! I bought this in 2020 after moving back in with my parents. I bought it thinking only of myself, never planning to have anyone else in it, in my parents house. Fast forward 3 years, I'm now married and together we are nearly 700lbs. This bed has been SO comfortable throughout that time. It finally started to wear out and given some chronic pain, we needed to replace it for the best nights sleep. We spent hours shopping the "under 500" categories in many stores and finally settled on a Rimensy firm mattress. (Big mistake, no edge support, no foam, no wrapped coils, no sleep for the first week!) Desperate, we re ordered this Vibe mattress. First night and already it feels incredible. 3 years might not be a lot to some, but for a fat couple, that's pretty good lifespan, especially on a product in the 300 price range. If you're saving up for a big fig but need a mattress now, we HIGHLY recommend this Vibe mattress. ... show more
