The only problem I had was attaching the top because the base is expandable for the various top widths. It’s great value for money, the height toggling works perfectly and it looks great. Arrived with no damage and in two relatively lightweight boxes. The problem is assembly: this is the most difficult desk I’ve ever assembled, or at least the manual would have you believe so. I ended up completely abandoning the manual and just following common sense and using logic, and it all came together in minutes. This is especially true for attaching the legs to the table too. Attach the support brackets first, and then screw them to the legs or else it’s impossible to align. And be very careful with the transmission bar while doing this or it will slip right out - you probably want to have one person hold it while you flip the legs over. Once you get through assembly, it’s a a great desk and ultimately worth it and a great value for money. ... show more

So far, I absolutely love this desk. i have only been using it one day, but it is awesome. I did a lot of research before buying this and saw that other desks of this caliber were WAY more expensive, so I took a chance with this brand and am very pleased. One note about putting it together: although it is somewhat intuitive, the instructions desperately need a copy editor -- not only did it have typos, but in the section where it tells you to attach the holster for the power adapter, it gives ZERO explanation (as in "use bolt x to fasten..."). It says that the holster should be fastened to the beam going through the center, but there are no holes in the metal for it. After hurting my brain for a while, I just decided to drill a couple of small holes in the wood where they show it mounted and screwed in the wood screws they provided. Now, it works like a champ! Totally freaking awesome to be able to stand or sit whenever I want. Also, THIS THING IS STURDY! While I may not have a mounted arm with a monitor, I could not see this thing being wobbly. ... show more

The base and the desktop were delivered separately. I was confused at first when only the base was delivered and reached out to customer service. The manufacturer responded immediately that the desktop is delivered separately to prevent damage and they provided the tracking number. The desktop did arrive with some minor damage. Flexispot responded again immediately to my concerns with my satisfaction. I would recommend Flexispot as good home office desk product and backed by their customer service. ... show more

It went together just fine, instructions are a bit cryptic. Delivery took 2 days for the legs and 10 days for the top. There are pilot holes for the base but not for the controller, you need to use double sided tape to attach it. There are some random pilot holes that do not present any clear use on the back side but they do not come close to being useful for the cord organizer they sold with it. Wasted money on that junk. Over all its a desk that is not wobbly and goes up and down. Nothing complicated just up and down buttons. ... show more
