This is a very nice product. We orders the two pack and another single because we have three lights on the front of our house. The two pack would need a total of 4 cap nuts to install properly. It only came with two. The single unit would need to come with two nuts and only came with 1. I could not find any customer service number to try and get extra nuts, so I had to return everything and try again. Hope it’s not a quality control issue and I get the same thing again missing the nuts. Update::: I ordered new product and it came with all required parts. It seems it wasn’t a quality control issue and maybe was a previous return that didn’t get all parts back in the box? Either way, we are now all good and lights are installed.
