Description

VIAIR's 90C compressor kit is a light duty solution for smaller air applications. It is meant to fill air tanks 1.0 gallon or less. This oil-less compressor comes with an external check valve, four post mounting configuration, vibration isolators and hardware. This compressor draws air in through porous gaskets and requires no air filter. Compressor is rated to 13.8 volts from a charging car battery. The 90C is approved for use in FIRST Robotics Competitions. I purchased 2 of these for my FIRST Robotics team to use on our 2011 Competition robot. They were the new and approved compressors for us to use. Much lighter and more output than the older compressors. We used one compressor for ~80 matches and it was in operation for probably about 60 seconds per match. We didn't have any problems and have continued to use the compressor on the robot for demonstrations. ... show more

for the air ride on my hubby's pick up truck. The compressor runs as needed to keep the air bags full. I hope it last a long time. It is a little low volume air and initially ran a bit to fills the bags but now it runs a little just to top them off!
