This ladder is very tall and easy to use. Might seem a little shaky at first but it’s very strong and secure after you get used to it. If it were stronger it would probably be much heavier and harder to move around. So much easier to transport and setup than a 20 foot extension ladder.

It is a nice ladder for the price but 17" between the first & 2nd step sure is a test of one's knees. I understand that it may be necessary for some discrepancy compared to rungs on a regular ladder because of how compact this is & how far it extends but this couldn't possibly pass OSHA standards. Other than that, the ladder seems sturdy enough. I'm 230lbs & compared to the bow in some ladders I've seen, this wasn't bad at all. Each section slides smoothly & I didn't have a problem retracting any section. Also, the convenience to be able to carry a 20' ladder under your armpit with 1 hand can't be understated. I anticipate using this for a variety of uses around the house, especially the very tall palm tree in the front yard that needs regular pruning.

Heavy duty built, and steps are nice. Easy to extend and retract but the space between the fist few steps are a little much, way to far apart. Then if you don’t need the full extension you have to select where to put the collapsed steps so you can step over them while climbing the ladder. Once you get over this is not a normal ladder it can be a nice ladder with quirks.

This ladder gets the jobs done, stores and transports easily, and extends more than most ladders do. However, I weigh 200 pounds, and this ladder bent between the second and third rungs from the top, and now won't close completely. It seems safe - I keep using it - but be aware that it bends and is scarier than a totally stiff "traditional" ladder.

Very heavy for me to lift. I’m 5’3” and fairly strong. I extended the top 3/4 out to climb onto a roof and the middle bowed enough to be a little scary.

Feels pretty sturdy and im a big dude main issue is the steps are a little far apart. If you dont mind flex and need something for occasional use and you are 350+ it’s not too bad. I have used the ladder multiple times and the only issue i have found is it can be risky for your fingers closing it if you are not careful.
