Though the label says Laura Ashley, you would think the quality would represent the name. It does not. I ordered this duvet cover because I happen to like the blue hues. The quality of the cotton is horrid. It does not even feel like it is even 200 thread count. Maybe 100 thread count? What a rip off from Revman International selling under Laura Ashley brand name, getting products made in China and charging nearly $120 per item from US customers. It is not at all soft like the description makes it sound it is. Not at all soft. I feel so disappointed. I shop around for duvet covers and you can actually see between the threads in this one. Very poor quality. Your only consolation will be having something to cover your comforter, if you do not care about the quality. ... show more

This set is perfection for what I was looking for. The pattern is variegated soft blues in almost a china-like or delft pattern that works so well with my wall/trim paint colors. The material is more of a linen instead of a percale or microfiber - again, what I was hoping to find. So, it’s not “super soft” but - then again - linen is not terribly soft. It has an elegant hand and feels like quality material. The shams are pocket style (no zipper), which I prefer. The duvet cover has interior ties and a “hidden” button closure. The edges of both the shams and the duvet are trimmed in a short white fringe that works very nicely with the design on the material. The price for the set was certainly very good considering what you’d pay for this in a regular retail shop. If you’re looking for “soft and cuddly” this is not your set. If you are looking for something classic, elegant, with an old-world feel, this is for you. ... show more

This is really very pretty and worked perfectly for the decorating job I did for my client. The only complaint is that they don't have more accessories for the collection. The Euro Shams are really nice too. Very happy with this.
