When punching cardstock, you can't do more than 3 sheets at a time. It's a bit confusing to get started and knowing what setting to use to get the holes centered. Overall, it works.

Broke after 2 uses - warranty replacement received from manufacturer

Stopped working after 2 uses - the cutting teeth within the machine appear to have bent so will no longer move. This happened outside of Amazon’s return window, so they pointed me towards the manufacturer - note that they only responded once I called them (after sending 3 emails). After that, they as
ked me to send a video of the problem to confirm what had happened, then sent me a replacement. Depending on how long the replacement lasts, I’ll come back to adjust my rating…

I'm still learning how to use this product, but as of now I'm really happy with it. It's a sturdy piece of equipment that I hope to use for years to come. If you are worthing on a project great or small this is the machine for you. I would definitely recommend it. - Chelsea D Johnson

Not a comb binding machine!

The description clearly states that it can punch holes for comb binding as well as wire binding, it cannot. It is a wire binding machine only. It appears as though it is very well built and would work for wire binding, I only needed it for comb binding though.

It’s okay, but it could be way better!

I used my machine for office projects for marketing. It worked okay for a few weeks and then screws started coming from the inside of the machine and it just stopped working afterwards. I can’t punch holes with it at all. I wouldn’t recommend it for purchase.

Pretty sure the one I was sent was used. The packaging was great. But there are scratches on the handle and some of the paint for the lettering is worn off. Disappointed in that, but the product seems great so far.
