• Tips: 1 Make sure to press the punching handle all the way down in one continuous motion. Avoid stopping halfway, as this may cause incomplete punching or the paper to become stuck. 2 If you're punching 8 sheets of paper at once, you may need to apply additional force. For a smoother punching experience and more consistent results, we recommend punching 6 sheets at a time and repeating as needed. 3 When binding, position the binding comb with its open side facing upward. After opening the comb, engage the lock to keep it open while loading pages.

For smoother operation and more consistent results, we recommend punching 6 sheets at a time and repeating as needed. To ensure accurate hole placement, insert the paper all the way into the slot before punching.
• Compatible with PVC, PP Covers & Cardstock PVC and PP covers should be punched separately from paper, with only one cover punched at a time for best results. Compatible with PVC and PP covers up to 12Mil thick and cardstock covers up to 450gsm, making it easy to create professional-looking reports, presentations, manuals, and other bound documents.
• Binding Capacity of Up to 145 Sheets The comb binding machine can bind up to 145 sheets of 20lb paper using a 3/4" (19mm) plastic binding comb, making it suitable for reports, manuals, training materials, presentations, and other large binding projects. The included 1/2" binding combs can bind up to 120 sheets. Please note that 3/4" plastic binding combs are not included with this comb binding machine.

For smoother punching and more consistent results, we recommend 6 sheets at a time. Always insert the paper fully into the slot before punching. Why Are My Holes Misaligned? Make sure the paper is aligned with the built-in guide and inserted all the way into the punching slot. The fixed paper guide and 3mm margin help ensure consistent hole placement on Letter Size paper. Can I Punch PVC Covers or Cardstock? Yes. The machine supports PVC and PP covers up to 12Mil thick and cardstock covers up to 450gsm. For best results, punch covers separately from paper and punch only one cover at a time. Why Is There Oil on the Paper During First Use? A small amount of protective anti-rust oil is applied during manufacturing to help protect the punching dies during storage and shipping. We include test sheets in the package specifically for removing any remaining oil before first use. How Do I Open the Binding Comb Correctly? Place the binding comb onto the comb opener with the opening facing upward.
