Not sure how to rate. Materials exceeded what I expected...sturdy and heavy. Very easy to install. My issue - It will lock when I enter a code and press the unlock button and will only unlock if you press the lock button with no code. So basically, right now, if you hit the lock button when the home is locked, it unlocks with no code. Likewise, you need to enter a code then the unlock to lock the home. Can't figure out why...I followed the instructions to a "T"...several times. Figuring it was something I did (I am not the best with tools...lol), another was purchased and installed by someone knowledgable in the field). Guess what? SAME ISSUE!!! Trying to reach the company...looks like email only. Its been 4 days and i am still waiting for a solution....I sent a followup again today. I can’t actually reach someone to help me with it. So for now, I pulled the batteries and are using the backup keys. I see here that others have had the same issue. If you have, PLEASE let me know how you fixed it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Just like their logo says it is perfect. The lock was very easy to put together. The instructions were phenomenal the quality of the metal the thickness of the metal. I was so surprised I thought it was gonna end up getting a very thin piece of junk and it was spot on, the time that they took to package it to the work instructions to the parts and screws that came with it they thought of everything. I was extremely happy when I was able to quickly set it up. It doesn’t have Wi-Fi so you can’t connect it to the Internet for a remote unlock , that’s a downplay. The rest is perfect. You can control it with the app and it the app works really good. It detected it right away and added it to the system and I was able to very quickly open and close my door via app but you have to be close to it , the app is compatible with Alexa, but the lock is not. I’m not going to ding them on the Alexa Support because that’s my miss I assumed because of the app. ... show more

Seems like a sturdy and cool product but … BEWARE! I purchased the Vevor keyless door lock on March 23 on amazon and installed it mid-May on a bathroom at my short term rental. Just a few weeks after install, with surely less than 50 usage cycles, the lock failed to operate (motor activated but gears did not engage and lock would not open). And … I had guests at the property unable to access / use the bathroom! They were locked out!! There is no override / emergency function to unlock in case of failure!!! EXTREMELY poor product design / engineering!!!! Thank God it didn’t fail while someone (especially a child) was inside … they would not have been able to get out! There is no way I’d put this product back onto a single access / egress door … I’d like my money back … we’ll see. ... show more

It will lock when I say for it to unlock but it doesn’t unlock when I try to do the opposite. I can’t actually reach someone to help me with ut. Vevor support is terrible.
