First of all I just want to say that I am totally satisfied with my purchase. It is solid/heavy and well built and has heft to it. I did not want a big beefy rack I wanted a more streamlined and practical look for my 2023 4RUNNER and this fit the bill. I will be using it a lot for my camping gear and going to the beach/campgrounds etc. Yes there is some wind drag but I have never owned a rack that didn’t have some wind drag so it doesn’t really bother me. Second of all you cannot beat their CUSTOMER SERVICE, I had an issue and called them and they worked with me until the issue was solved. I can’t say enough about their customer service and how helpful they are. And yes putting it together was very easy it comes with a steel wrench and an Allen wrench with instructions. We put the rack on our 2023 bronco and drove from Tennessee to West Virginia ( a 9 hour drive) and had the bag in the rack with our 4 large suitcases. We used a few extra tie downs for the bag and there was no extra noise and the bag was perfect and held up great. Will be using this quiet often. We’ll worth the money paid for it ... show more

The tubing of the two halves does not line up so I could not assemble it. Couldn’t bend ends enough with a mash hammer.
