I really like this cargo carrier. It was easy to assemble and attach. I didn't use all of the hardware that came with it because the big plastic parts made it so that it wouldn't fit over my roof rack bars. So I just used enough of the hardware with some extra 10mm bolts to make it work. Now it's on solid as a rock (there's some closeup photos showing how I secured it). I also didn't like the giant orange logo on the front of it. So I scraped it off, spray painted over that part, and attached a Toyota Racing Development decal (It's a joke. It's on a Prius C). Anyway, it makes carrying things on top of the car much easier. Even oversized items are easy to strap down to carry home from the store. I recommend this product.

I read alot of reviews and this one was discounted and the right size for my rooftop. One review I read made so much sense to me… use flex seal spray on every hole and connections. Then spray with truck bed liner. So why was this critical? Not only does it add layers of protection and seals the unit so no rust, but also the bed liner gives it a slightly rough surface. If you’ve had roof racks of any sort, they seem to always whistle. People do strange things to break up the wind. That review and doing this was absolute genius! I went on my first ride just now and not even a clue something was up there! Excellent job!

They are sticking out inside the basket. If not careful, when tightening the brackets, the ends of the brackets would protrude through the nuts hence poking holes on the bag above. Just took it for a long trip. No incident. It was also quiet due to the reflecting metal plate in the front to direct the wind I guess.

This rack felt very secure and well built. It did not add a lot of noise if any when I drove which was a lot better then the one I replaced this with. We stored a lot in it large jogging stroller ,air mattresses, a carry on suitcase and duffle The assembly is minimal . Mounting to the cross bars was easy. I thought it was a good value

The outer dimensions are shown in the photos. In reality, the usable rack space is 32" wide by 37" long. I bought this carrier to put another existing one inside of it, doesn't fit as I mistakenly used the as shown dimensions. The front air deflector is held in by 5 small spot welds on the top and bottom edge. When excited by airflow, it becomes a vibrating snare drum, rattles and noisy. I caulked the inside edges to dampen the resonance. The baskets rib cage didn't fit the tubular frame. Rather than welding metal to metal, or getting the pieces to fit, weld bridges were built between the non fitting joints. Not good quality. This basket did fit properly on top of the car carrier cross bars.

Fit perfect and actually looks pretty good, great quality, fast shipping, 2023 Hyundai Elantra. I spray painted the wind deflector because I don’t like being a billboard. Easy Fix. I was also able to find a cargo bag that fits almost perfectly

If you travel a lot, this is the perfect item for you. It is easy to mount and it holds quite a bit of cargo under the net cover. When you are driving you don't even realize it is on the roof-there is no wind drag. I recommend this to all my friends.
