I really like this cargo carrier. It was easy to assemble and attach. I didn't use all of the hardware that came with it because the big plastic parts made it so that it wouldn't fit over my roof rack bars. So I just used enough of the hardware with some extra 10mm bolts to make it work. Now it's on solid as a rock (there's some closeup photos showing how I secured it). I also didn't like the giant orange logo on the front of it. So I scraped it off, spray painted over that part, and attached a Toyota Racing Development decal (It's a joke. It's on a Prius C). Anyway, it makes carrying things on top of the car much easier. Even oversized items are easy to strap down to carry home from the store. I recommend this product. ... show more

I'll start off by saying I'm aware it's cheap. And that's why it still got 3 stars. But they boast about the durable paint. And even say it's powder coated. I'll tell you right now it's definitely not powder coated as you could tell by the runs in thr paint and the paint surely isn't durable. Scratches VERY EASY. I threw on a coat of rattle can bedliner on it to help it last a little longer to tovkeep the rust away. Also note the front wind deflector is welded on. It's not bolted like other brands. Not a huge deal but if you wanted to take it off to sand off their logo (it's painted on and painted thick) and then repaint it, you can't. The paint is so thick if ypu spray over it you can still see the outline of the lettering. Other than that, it's what you would expect for 100 bucks. I threw it on some cheap universal roof racks I got on ebay. The only thing I had to do was flip the front mount other wise the basket was pointing upward. But I made it work. I would like to make better mounts for it but I'm just too lazy. Lol depending on your application you may want to make better mounts too. ... show more

This is excellent and held all of our luggage for summer trip. Unfortunately, the stupid logo and slogan are painted on. I feel like an advertisement driving around town with it saying "Half the Price" on the front. Lame.

This isn’t too bad for what you’re getting. Decent rack - good price. Seriously need to scrape off the “half price” painted on logo like you would a day old clearance sticker from the bakery when you are taking it to a friends house for dessert. I didn’t think it would literally say that on the product. I also had to buy cross bars since it wouldn’t fit on my suvs standard racks. ... show more
