I was hesitant after reading a few of the reviews but decided to go ahead with the purchase. I’ve owned dewalt and Mikita sanders for DIY jobs around the house and was looking a for new brushless sander for sanding my boat hull’s gelcoat. Wow this sander is 100x better than any powered sander I’ve used in the past! It’s lite weight, low vibration and powerful enough to remove large scratches from gelcoat. Of course Sanding is still a chore of a job but I’m happy with the the purchase. Hope that helps anyone who’s on the fence.

Very impressed with this sander! Dust collection appears to be excellent, which was my main concern. Compared to the cordless 5in sanders I have been using (Milwalkee and Ryobi) vibration seems as good or lower, and the control is better. My only complaint is that the included dust hose feels cheap, although it seems to work so far.

Nicer than my Bauer sander, however it still vibrates quite a bit and the suction caused my 5 gallon bucket with cyclone to implode after about 15 minutes of use. (Picture is prior to implosion). Super clutch it comes with 5 & 6” pads and paper though!

I pretty much like this sander. Variable speed, brushless, lightweight, and lower profile than my other Sanders. I'm not sure how well it will preform under heavy sanding all day but already it's my go to sander. Wish it came with a dust bag.

The router itself isn't bad, but there are several others out there that are just like it. My problem, and the problem you'll face, is buying anything from Vevor. I didn't think much of it as I read other people had problems with them, but I found out where they were coming from once I tried getting help with my orbital sander. It's not that they don't have the parts. It's that they don't care about their customers. I saw a YouTube video where a guy said they were very helpful, but that was a few years ago. I think they're now S&F Stead & Fast because I found out that companies like Vevor change their name every few years. They do this so they don't have to honor warranties and all these things that are one of the biggest expenses companies face. Which means, they know their products won't last, and they won't be around to honor any warranty they give you. You'll see that Vevor has fewer and fewer items available, so it's on its way out. Which means no more parts, no more support, no honoring warranties, and all the messages I'm getting are like they're computer-generated. If it were me, I'd stay far away from Vevor and whoever they are becoming. When you don't have to honor warranties, you can sell things a lot cheaper than other places. It's very much like a huge scam, and I don't know if there's anything illegal with it, but it's definitely immoral. They will not sell you a 5" sanding pad, even if you buy the sander that comes with the 5" & 6" pads. The only thing they told me I could do was ask Amazon to get me one. I said, "Amazon doesn't carry them, and wouldn't they just get them from you?" They said, "we're sorry, but we don't carry this item, please find an alternative item on Amazon."...lol. That's why I think their messages are computer-generated and why they don't care. I tried contacting them through their website and through Amazon, and both came back with zero help. The sander is the same one as the Phendo and others, and it's fairly decent, but don't do a lot of wet sanding because you'll risk damaging it. Trust me!...lol. Also, I tried using other pads with this, and they either didn't work or didn't work well.
