The instructions are unclear. There are 2 different washers with no indication where to use them. There are two different length bolts you have to observe the diagram carefully to see where they go. The instructions are 3 pictures with an exloded view of all of the parts on one page and no written explanation. The first pieces to assemble are the base. Once I had that together I could already tell it was made poorly, like a chair with only 3 legs touching so it wobbles. Probably less noticeable when fully assembled and in use. It came missing bolts, nuts, and washers. The yellow cross bar for your hands has deep scratches into the metal. I haven't used it yet. Am considering returning, but, technically It will still work as intended. Unfortunate and disappointing lack of quality.

This pull up bar compares to the top sellers in it’s category but is priced $80 less. Simple, sturdy, the bar feels comfortable in the hands. Happy I didn’t have to mess up my door, or damage my studs to have a pull up bar!

Pull up bar is sturdy and nice. Cheaper than other brands as well. However, the hardware kit which contains all the bolts and stuff was open when the package arrived. Missing a few nuts and washers.

This is one of the cheaper self-standing pull-up bars, but it's quite solid. The bar you grip is on the thinner side which I'm not the biggest fan of but there are ways around it. The coating on each part chips fairly easily as well. The adjustable height and wide footprint is what I wanted it for. Your box will arrive most likely damaged, with many of the pieces inside scuffed/scratched/damaged and with the hardware container busted open and parts everywhere. If you want something beautiful, I don't think this is the product for you. I can confidently say this as both boxes (see below) arrived in the same condition. I had to have amazon send me another one just to replace one of the uprights that was drilled incorrectly then have them pick up the parts I didn't need. They were great about the return, but it was a hassle getting it coordinated. I still think it's a decent deal for what you get at the price, but be ready to get some replacement parts from your toolbox or your local hardware store (I needed washers).
