The rings and the rod are excellent. The stand is too light weight. Easy fix though. The clamps, on the other hand, are made of plastic. They will not last any time at all. I would guess that they will not be used more than twice and then thrown out. I've been turning wrenches on stuff my whole life. Started with my father who had his own business inspecting and working on aircraft. So I know what I am talking about when it comes to stuff like this. FAIL FAIL FAIL

Cheap and 💯% functional. You get more than what you pay for, strangely. I mean, I wasnt disappointed and my other stand is an eisco and I'd mos def grab another one of these bad bois if I needed a 3rd. Stable, sturdy, does the job. Idk if I'm funding 3rd world t3rr0r1sm but it's bang for the buck... ironically

Has good attachments but base is very lightweight and unstable, especially because the main rod comes a fraction of a millimeter down below the bottom of the base, so it sticks out at the bottom, making it tippy.

Works fantastic! For my purposes, I've used it in a number of applications that probably aren't what it's designed for weight Wise and it's held up beautifully. You just need to make sure you're counterbalancing it so it doesn't tip over if using more weight than you should.

While not the same quality as my much older ring stands (the base is slightly warped and thus wobbles a bit, reducing stability, fixable temporarily with an adhesive pad to one corner), overall, the other pieces are good, and properly support lab glassware.
