Unfortunately the stem of the glass frit snapped later that day. The rubber stopper was sucked into the vac flask too far and getting it out proved to be too much for for "the Man". sure could use a replacement? Just clean the frit immediately after each use and look forward to being amazed each and every time you use it! Buy a Buchner funnel instead. You'll get a lot more use out of it. These sort of filtration devices are made for mobile phase and HPLC. If you don't know what those are then this isn't the right product for you.
